    Kids, you see where the players don't run out of the way when a guy is about to dunk? That's called defense. They used to play it in NBA games and Allstar games a LOOOOOOONGGGG time ago.

    Besides athleticism, ballhandling and 3-pt shooting being better overall today, I don't see anything else being better. Players back then had better fundamentals and competed hard. I always enjoy watching games from the past. More physicality was allowed and the pace of the games was faster, especially pre-90s.

    The only thing that looks out of place is the dribbling. The outlet passes, no look passes and put back dunks would all pass muster today, I feel.
