I don’t listen to TS but no doubt they will keep banging on about Kane moving on morning, noon and night until he does. As a Spurs fan good luck to him he deserves a big move but honestly i'm sick to death of every media outlet's persistence with this story for so long.
Neither were boyhood spurs fans, came through the academy or played for the first team for 12 years. The proposition of staying at Spurs is completely different for Kane than it was for Bale and Modric.

And that caller is absolutely right about Shearer and about how the narrative would change with every trophy had he won them with Spurs. There are hundreds of forgotten players with medals by default. Hundreds just in England since the EPL. Yet we all remember players like Les Ferdinand, David Ginola, Matt Le Tissier, Darren Anderton, players who probably all deserved to win a lot more than they did. Le Tiss won absolutely nothing, played for a small club probably on low wages, because it was his club. The guy was a genius and could've played for anyone (if he ran a little more) Lastly, if my choice was stay at Spurs and hope, or go to Man United, moving to a rival, who themselves have only won one league cup in the last 6? Years, I'd stay at Spurs, keep my family at home and carry on hoping. City is a different story. You go there and you will win. Same with Madrid. But not United, they're not like the 90s and 00s United.
I don't see utd winning thr prem soon either, but they finished well above spurs, won a league Cup and got to the fa Cup final. So they are a much better bet at winning something (a domestic Cup most likely) than spurs. But does a domestic Cup really mean that much to him when it's at another Cup? I'd get it if it was a league title or champs league, but utd don't look close to competing for them

So pretty sure he won multiple trophies, ya know league cups, fa cups, and also a champions league final. 🤔 prem only defines you so much. Its what else you do in your career and he won alot of stuff! One of all time prem goal scoring midfielders too. Wolves fan by the way.
I think kane wants the premier league record.... i feel he doesnt want to move abroad until he gets it... he might want a move to another prem club but i dont think levy will allow it..
I feel the reason Tottenham gets criticized is because they have all the infrastructure of best stadium in the country and top of the range training ground in place yet still haven't won a major trophy for many years and League since the early 60s which is a joke or a European Trophy since the early 80s ok they won the league cup in 2008 yes its harsh but they should be doing better than this as at the moment they're a false Elite big club in England compared to Man United, Liverpool, Arsenal from a traditional sense and behind Man City and Chelsea too despite the Oil money that helped them win the league and UCL(Chelsea) in the modern era. Until the Spurs board makes some changes it will be the same old frustrating story for the fans of that club!!

There is an agenda against spurs/kane for sure. I kind of understand it - you've got one of the best players on the planet playing for a team with no intention of winning anything. The caller makes a very good point too - if he wins some trophies, 100% you will get 'yeah, well he's only got 2 - and he had to go to real madrid to get them'. However, if he goes to real madrid, then he does get put into contention for ballon dor too - which he would never even be considered for at spurs, even if they managed to win the CL.
Ego, Ego and more Ego. Whether Kane leaves or not, Spurs have not added to their cabinet with him so what difference does it make? Spurs have let Kane down on the trophy front. You want people to be silent on that?
I agree with the caller. We won more under Alan Sugar as chairman. Spurs have won barely anything under Levy. His autocratic style leadership has squeezed and hyper managed every situation...we had managers who won a ton of cups before coming to Spurs and won nothing there and ex managers who went on to win trophies after Spurs eg. Villas Boas, Poch, Mourinho even Jol & Nuno won cups after
Sugar was chairman of sp*rs for 9 years, in that time they won 1 cup - the 99 league cup (and never finished in the top 6) So no, sp*rs didn't win more under Sugar 😂
See a few comparisons to Shearer here, but surely that should bring the realisation that maybe personal accomplishments can be just as good as trophies. Hardly anyone remembers Shearer winning the League with Blackburn. They remember his goal scoring record, and regardless of his lack of trophies, he is still remembered as one of, if not the very best, premier league striker ever. In 10 years, when Kane is retired, having become thr new Premier League record holder, even if he manages an FA Cup or League title along the way, he'll be remembered for his personal accomplishments.
"I don't think poeple are willing him out off Tottenham?" 😂😂😂 Only Sky every day!!! They need Man United back at the top to keep there worldwide subscscriptions going in....wheels within wheels Sky killing the game since 1992.
The caller is right. Media & rival fans have been doing this every weekend since he broke Spurs' first team. It's a media agenda against Spurs. The real disgrace, was the month-long shilling that somehow, despite his worth to club and country, that he should be allowed to join City for half price. Never seen that done with another player and it just goes to show how biased and disrespectful towards Spurs they are. Meanwhile, nobody is talking about Saka leaving Arsenal, Rashford needing to leave Utd to win big trophies.... Red media. Every day.
Saka broke into the team two years ago. How long has Kane been there? What, 8 seasons? You can't compare the two, Arsenal got worse treatment for years regarding their best players (Fabregas, RVP, Nasri, Sanchez etc). You can't compare.
@Go WOKE, You Become BROKE. no, I get the point. You think Spurs don't deserve criticism after what's happened since the stadium move. Spurs have regressed since the move, that's without debate. Spurs are treated no different to any other club that has a star player who hasn't got a trophy to his name. Go through the names of players at clubs that don't win things for a lengthy period of time, the media all says the same thing 'they need to go where they can win'. What's the difference? You didn't have a problem when the media said you won the transfer window last summer, did you?
If Kane retires Englands top scorer and premier league all time top scorer top scorer at a world cup whether he wins trophies or not as an individual he has had one hell of a career as a striker
The historical big six of English Football for most of the past 40 years. Liverpool, Man Utd, Arsenal, Everton, Aston Villa and Tottenham. The modern day big six. Liverpool, Man Utd, Arsenal, Chelsea, Man City and Tottenham. Tottenham have consistently been in the top 6 biggest English Clubs since the 1960's.
Alex Crook has just proven that there's a lack of due diligence regarding Spurs by the media. These are the things that lead to claims like agendas. In the summer of 2021 (not last summer) Kane "went AWOL". Did he? England went deep into the Euros tournament that ended in July, after pre season programmes had begun. Standard practice in these situations is that those players involved return later as they're granted the holiday time others without tournaments receive. Of the starting XI for England that day, Stones, Walker, Phillips and Kane didn't start the first game of the season for their respective clubs. Kane went AWOL? No, he was on holiday and quite literally stayed at two resorts owned by Joe Lewis, owner of ENIC, owner of Tottenham. Spurs knew exactly where he was at all times.
Ange isn't even good enough for spurs.. to even suggest him working his way to City is mind boggling😮😂... As for Kane?.. If I were him I'd walk to Real over broken glass.... The only English team good enough for Kane is Manchester City but with Haaland and Alvarez that door is closed.... If not Real I think his best option is to stay at spurs and break every English record in the book and wait for that statue outside the ground...... Total respect for Harry Kane👍
Completely agree with the point about trophies. There's rarely any talk of how long it's been since Villa, West Ham, Newcastle, Everton or the others that aren't United, City, Liverpool, Arsenal or Chelsea have had since their last trophy. That being said, there's always media talk about the best players from clubs that don't challenge for the title moving on to the clubs that do challenge...
@@ItsAv3rageGamer I'm a Spurs fan, and I don't think that way. I agree that there are some Spurs fans that seem to think we have some sort of right to success, but I think a lot of that is born out of the narrative about Spurs perceived 'lack' of trophies. Bit of a chicken and egg situation maybe. Doesn't help when we get listed as the most profitable football club either, as happened recently... Most Spurs fans I know, who remember the 90s, are quite realistic about our place in the league, that we over-achieved under Poch, but that at the same time, we missed an opportunity to join the top table by not taking a gamble and backing him properly in the transfer market in 2019.
Nah. We had the same thing at Arsenal with Henry and Vieira. EVERY year we heard how they were too big for us and should leave until they finally did. I can pretty much guarantee that if Arsenal don't win anything in the near future you're gonna hear how Saka/Odegaard/Saliba are too good and have to go to City to win things. I know how annoying it is, but it ain't just Spurs who get it.
It's not just that the media is constantly trying to act as agents for Spurs players, while calling us a selling club, it's the whole bottlers thing too. Apparently Spurs threw away the league when Leicester won it and again the following year when chelsea won it, even though they were never top at any stage of either season. How can you bottle something when you were never in control of? They can't wait to stick the boot in, even when it's totally unwarranted.
@John Dapper I think he's referring to Vieira and Henry. I'm pretty sure Saka did win an FA Cup with us though, wasn't he on the bench during the FA Cup final a few years ago?
If Daniel Levy gave money to Poch he'd sign more Sissoko, Aurrier, Moura, Sanchez, Ndombele, Sess and GLC players. Peoppe really need to remember that without Paul Mitchell, Poch has been horrific in the transfer market
All the spurs fans knew he was quality when they signed him? He was loaned out to norwich and Leicester and nearly sold for 600k 😂 he only got a chance because their big statement signing Soldado wasn't firing
Basically Kane signed a six year extension in 2018 without a buy out clause. He was already a top player at that point and so this is either a very stupid deal, which is unlikely because he must have known that a buy out clause would give him the freedom to leave, or he actually wanted to stay come what may. A player who wants to keep his options open doesn't sign that kind of deal. A player who loves his club might do so.

So as soon as Spuds have a bad season and they rightfully get called out there is all of a sudden a bias? For the last 15 years we been listenting to Tottenham as a 'top 6' club. Nothing. 🥔🥔🥔 Newcastle fans being delusional for their contempt for Steve Brice and Mike Ashley is media bias. Get a grip souds fans.
Being top scorer ever at Spurs is no more of an achievement than being top scorer ever at Aston Villa. They are not a super club and don't have the prestige that their fans think they do , so the statistic only matters to Spurs fans, which Kane is. With regards to the Kalvin Phillips comment, no maybe people won't remember that he won trophies with Man City, but Kalvin Phillips will remember and will have the medals to prove it. If Kane does decide to leave Spurs, he needs to realise that Spurs base their game around him, he is the star and can do what he wants on the pitch and has done a great job doing it. If he goes to Manchester United, Chelsea etc, he's not going to have the same freedom as they will be buying him to be an out and out goal scorer that stays in and around the box and doesn't drop deep to win freekicks in his own half. He may be amazing wherever he goes but there is also a chance that we won't be as impressive and as important for other clubs. Hopefully whatever he decides it works out for him so at the end of the day , he can be happy with his choices regardless of what everyone else wants for him.

Jesus Christ, just watch this week Talksport RUclips videos. The pundits were all saying if Harry stays on his final year and doesn't move to a club like Real Madrid, they all question his ambition. I don't even like Spurs but media like Talksport are 100% pushing for his transfer. Disgraceful.
I don’t listen to TS but no doubt they will keep banging on about Kane moving on morning, noon and night until he does. As a Spurs fan good luck to him he deserves a big move but honestly i'm sick to death of every media outlet's persistence with this story for so long.
Gareth Bale and Luca Modric did it and it was the best move of their career
Neither were boyhood spurs fans, came through the academy or played for the first team for 12 years. The proposition of staying at Spurs is completely different for Kane than it was for Bale and Modric.

The guy was a genius and could've played for anyone (if he ran a little more)
Lastly, if my choice was stay at Spurs and hope, or go to Man United, moving to a rival, who themselves have only won one league cup in the last 6? Years, I'd stay at Spurs, keep my family at home and carry on hoping. City is a different story. You go there and you will win. Same with Madrid. But not United, they're not like the 90s and 00s United.
80 million 3 year deal for Madrid then come back to spurs for the curtain call and statue to finalise his last years on the field...
As a neutral i dont understand why the media are obsessed with harry kane going to united. I dont think united are any closer to city than spurs
Points might suggest different but I actually kinda agree I don't see United winning the prem any time soon 👍

There agenda against Salah too because he 30 goals again and not put forwards for awards 6 years non stop but his hatred because he from Africa

Darren the caller was spot on. Media love Spurs as we always give them headlines Good or Bad.
Regardless of whether he breaks records Harry Kanes career will end up irrelevant if he stays
Villas Boas, Poch, Mourinho even Jol & Nuno won cups after
Sugar was chairman of sp*rs for 9 years, in that time they won 1 cup - the 99 league cup (and never finished in the top 6)
So no, sp*rs didn't win more under Sugar 😂
See a few comparisons to Shearer here, but surely that should bring the realisation that maybe personal accomplishments can be just as good as trophies.
Hardly anyone remembers Shearer winning the League with Blackburn. They remember his goal scoring record, and regardless of his lack of trophies, he is still remembered as one of, if not the very best, premier league striker ever.
In 10 years, when Kane is retired, having become thr new Premier League record holder, even if he manages an FA Cup or League title along the way, he'll be remembered for his personal accomplishments.
Don’t worry ,Ange will sort out the media….he’s good at that.

When the hate don’t work they start telling lies
Just watch how some so called pundits will say kane should not go to real madrid so that he can break the premier league's goal scoring record😏.
That's because Spurs consider themselves on par with the other top clubs, the rest don't.
@@ItsAv3rageGamer I'm a Spurs fan, and I don't think that way.
