They circle prey they are unsure of. They are investigating a boat or a diver in the ocean. Also is a tactic to tire they prey out. 3. Humans are actually not good food for sharks at all. Not hight in fat like tuna and seals. We also taste very different obviously. Now most people survive shark attack is because its purely just the position it got you from. If it bites your leg it will take it off and realise your not food because you taste like crap. If it hits you in the torso depending on the size of the shark will depend of the damage done and usually thats when people have been killed. So really we are not food for them and depending on the size of the shark to where they have hit from has determined whether people have survived or not. 4. They are carnivores and carnivores have teeh and bone structure to be able to eat through meat and bone easily. There teeth are up to 3 inces long, pretty thick and also blessed with a jaw that is so powerful. There teeth are actually stronger then there own bone structure. Also take a long time to fossilize. A single tooth of theres are stronger then a 6 inch hunting knife yet they have on average 5 rows of teeth and up to 300 of them. You take how strong one tooth is and add 20 of them latched on your leg with with the power of 2 jaws moving and do the mathematics its highly unlikely for a shark to run because of a broken tooth. 5.
