The ICC has killed ODI cricket. There was a time when the powerplay was something the captain strategically chose, making the game more exciting. I remember when Dhoni used to take the powerplay just before the 40th over, changing the momentum of the game. Now, using two balls has ruined it for me. Back when only one ball was used throughout the game, teams still managed to score 400 runs, but now it feels like the game has become too mechanical which makes the game boring (FOR ME ).
