I grow up listen to them my brother was a friend of lunny when he used to come to limerick I got the privilege to see the 3 times when they reformed Christ wasn't with them to do the political songs but still was fantastic gigs that I'll never forget ❤💯☘☘☘🇮🇪
thank you x managed to see moving hearts at the point depot dublin in 1991 or 92... i hitched down from sligo in the snow with my dogs...it was so amazing... a blessing ... thank you x
Loved Moving Hearts back in the 80s. It was one of those albums you recorded twice because you knew you were going to either wear ot out or break the tape from being on repeat in the car, so you'd neef a spare. But when Declan Sinnot was talking about Irish music with bottom end bass and drums and a bit of Shannon Scheme l thought 'right, this'll be the bit where they mention Horslips' but no. But since this was made they also failed to get onto a pole of lrelands 50 best albums. I've been away a while , did l miss the bit where they got cancelled?
He sure is an embarrassment and has a bad taste in friends and a cosy connection to some ugly views, noticed they seem to be keeping their heads low when Ireland ,mostly, has a genuine failté, A man who time has passed by, Ireland has grown up Abit since we've ditched our petarnal aquisence to those who thought were our betters, a nasty group who were currupted by their power and influence, black n blue uniform, police and priest
A wonderful look back at what for me is still Ireland's greatest ever band.
Thank you all, and thank you RTE
Great documentary about an amazing band and time in Irish history.
This band should never be forgotten for there support for the prison struggle in long Kesh and armagh respect.
Thank you for sharing ... a gem

Great story on how Keith Donal joined the Hearts. I saw/heard them downstairs in the Baggot, summer of '80 or '81. Wow is all I can say.
Whatever your Political views....the album MOVING HEARTS is full of passion and incredible lyrics.
Go h-iontach ar fad! 🙏

Is it me but the sound goes from around 9.31to about 10 minutes, and comes back in.
It's not just you, me as well.
T'is a pity about the John Waters cameo, his current state taints all his previous work. Aside from that, a great piece of footage.
He turned out to be an awful eejit.
John Waters is some eejit hai
Powerful doc all the same !
