Creating innovation in software only requires hardwork and creative mind and this is where we can compete with the globe.
That's why you won't see any Indian company in core branches that are winning the global competition. But, we have already started winning in so many software domains and progressing fast.
Core branches are just distraction, real value is created in software. Even core fields are nothing without modern innovations in AI.

Here are a few Tid Bits which should give you a little more pain to you. F C Kohli who started and headed TCS ( India's largest IT Company) was originally from Peshawar. The first CEO of WIPRO was Ashok Soota who was born in Murree. In 2005-6 FC Kohli was part of a delegation of Indian IT industry which visited Pakistan to help in growth of the industry in Pakistan. Pakistan Army sabotaged the initiative. Not only that Pakistan Army sponsored terrorists attacked Mumbai in 2008 and the biggest massacre was in the Taj Hotel which is owned by Tatas, who also own TCS.

I am an atheist who has interacted with Pakistanis since Orkut days. Indians especially Hindus are more superstitious than Muslims but Hindus superstition can be overcome by science and education but Pakistani Muslims are less superstitious but they are staunchly superstitious and their religious education doubles down on their beliefs. When I interacted with Pakistanis I was pretty astonished when educated Pakistanis were quite sure about existence of Djinns but were very skeptical about theory of evolution. What Pakistan needs is skepticism about religion but trust on science but unfortunately it is other way around in Pakistan.

I have Pakistani friends in IT industry. I see that these Pakistani software engineers are not ready to mingle much with people. They stay just amongst them selves. They have a feeling of insecurity. In soft ware industry to be successful you have to mingle with people, connect with people of different cultures. Its very important for success of industry in Pakistan.
If you compare with Indians, Indian people are very open, they can mix with people of different cultures both inside office and outside office. Indians are ready to experiment with different kinds of food in restaurants , homes .I have seen Pakistani's have severe restrictions on food.
Also this is a SERVICE industry. We have to be flexible to be successful. Indians are very flexible. They know how to handle Clients. Any customer request need to be entertained and attended to. Pakistanis are not flexible at work. Being service industry we do not have the luxury to say NO to customer. India is in the forefront of Software industry. In the next 10 years every company in the world will have an office in India . World cannot survive with out the IT support that india is providing. Look at european companies like Mercedes setting up R&D facility in India.

There should no comparison between india vs pakistan IT industry because in paskistan still don't have any IT industry so far (5-10 local companies can't make any industry)

They are ready to blame government , corruption etc, but from what I have noticed living abroad is that Pakistanis on an average aren’t as hardworking as Indians/Bangladeshis etc ,they want quick money with low effort , that doesn’t work in IT
