    Is there any way to enable/add keyframes on the effect controls (Speed, X/Y source etc.) ? I am using this in DaVinci Resolve Studio.

      Transfer's parameters interface with audio plugin hosts the same way that any others do; so the generic method for getting VST parameters to keyframe would also extend to Transfer. Not familiar with DaVinci Resolve's method specifically, though

    Could you put this on lead vocals? Or is it best for adlib/background vocals

      As a *main element* probably not, but for keeping everything in sync (for background vocals) while using Transfer you should turn off the "Doppler" switch, that way you can still do spatialization
