Honestly this is why Empire kinda upsets me. There is so much potential from this title. However it just falls flat in a myriad of ways that just rips the enjoyment out. I really enjoyed the macro sense of the game, but when it comes to the battles dear god especially at 4:30 - 5:00 it literally highlights the absurd elements again. Really hate how they left this title to rot in mediocrity. Maybe if were lucky they make a new Empire and we can get a proper game from that.

@@Dino_Stan Why isn't the AI in my game as stupid as this? I still win every battle just with line infantry, but their tactics are kinda cool. They never form square for no reason, unlike you or never open the gates
No Offenes but playing on easy or normal and auto resolving every battle, not putting much thought in anything gotta be the lamest way to play this game
None taken don't worry. Its just empire and napoleon are just way to easy/broken games lmao. CA added a button that allows me to spawn a full stack of cav in less than a turn, very silly game that I love.
@@Dino_Stan it can be challenging, obv playing on harder difficulties and setting yourself goals like being a colonial power with Prussia by 1715 not taking out France and Spain as Great Britain until 1750, stuff like that. And of course no exploits.
