Flask ladle easy quest. Except tear is not easy bcuz velia overcrowd fishing. So i decided fishing velia island using boat lvl 3 deep sea.

you can use "Maple Float" and "Mediah Fishing Rod" to get higher chance to catch Rare fish (Yellow Grade)
