You dont need to pay your living expense you can have it in your account.. and yes this amount will be sufficient to manage your living.

If you are travelling for tourist purpose and from March until September the climate will be pleasant and children shouldnt have any problem. Incase of Winter it will be bit harsh. If you are planning for migration, then you will have all basic setups to protect children from winter temp.

Hi Harish, Nice to hear about your decision on Masters. TU Delft is on of the top universities in Netherlands, even in Europe I would say. So, if you have an interesting profile, then TU/D would be an added feather and most companies would prefer to hire you. From the salary POV, it depends on your age, experience and size of the company. CTC from a small or mid company would range from 45-50K p.a all the way upto 70-80K p.a (even higher) in a large firm. For PR or citizenship you have to stay for 5 yrs and then have to clear Dutch B1 level, then you are done.. Hope this gives some idea.
