Thank you so much. It's very informative. Is it possible to make a video on who owns the land in case of a row house, is it possible to make alterations to the house? Land share in apartments, who takes care of maintenance in case of apartment (like lift, common area cleaning, electricity, bulbs etc)?
Nice one and very informative for new expats Jayadurga 😊 Would like to add two points. 1. Boat/Canal houses are also another type of house for sale 2. Walterliving website also has similar information like huispedia 👍 Hope this added information helps others
Hello Mam, But the current minimum interest rate is 3.7% approx. The house price also boomed around 4Lakhs euro. I think it's not the right time to buy a house. If it's possible, can you make the video based on the current situation.
Great informational video! Thank you very much. Also, I am not sure if this was covered. For the mortgage amount that can be borrowed, banks estimate 5 times one’s gross salary income. (For eg 50k euros x 5 = 250k).
Well designed content and presented nicely. Is there any requirement like credit history for laon application? If yes how do expats prove credit ratings in NL?
Hello Bro & Sis, Keep up the good work, can you also post more videos comparing EU countries for student and experienced with Netherlands, for example I got permanent transfer to europe in my company (IT banking software) and I had option Netherlands and luxembourg to choose, I have chosen Luxembourg as I visited there once and some of my friends are there but would have been better I knew more about work life comparison with Netherlands.
Hello Sister. The video was quite informative. I value your extensive knowledge and expertise in all areas. God's blessings. I have a question about the three types of insurance you mention. If a person loses their job during the loan period, what are the consequences? A person will either gain or lose his home. Please clarify, sister. Thanking you.
Thanks for your feedback. If you lose your job, you will not face legal complications for not paying mortgage, NHG will takeover your home, sell it, settle the balance and give the remaining money if any. Also, as an expat if we lose our job technically we cannot stay here.. To know more on NHG you can read here www.nhg.nl/english-summary/keeping-your-home/
Is there allow to buy a second own house in netherlands, if yes how much percentage we have to pay tax for second house ( compare with first house) . Hosue tax have to pay one time in life (during the purchase) or yearly basis have to pay ?
Hey Janani, Hope You are fine!! I recently got through the Kpmg interviews process as an audit supervisor. And currently planning to move to Amstelveen and join kpmg from march next year. I'm just looking for a person who can help me out with the process there, like a person who can share a room or a flat nearby.? Could you please guide me on this. Thanks for your help!!
Hello Hema... Congratulations and welcome to Netherlands... You can reach us thru insta for specific questions... Or even write to thetrialinbox@gmail.com Good luck with relocation...
Hi akka. Your videos are informative. I have a doubt. Can Masters students learn Dutch for free? If so, can u pls tell the options (learning platforms) where students can learn Dutch?
Thanks For your feedback Aiswarya, there are few limited options to learn dutch for free. Some univ. might have these options. Also, there is some Taal Centrum too but I will chk the details of it. Apart from that, you can use Duolingo app which is good imo. Also, there are quite some youtube channels you can chk here. blog.feedspot.com/dutch_learning_youtube_channels/
Hi Janani, so informative and thanks for explaining the processes with such clarity. Got two quick questions. How soon can I buy a house after moving to Nederlands, is there a mandatory waiting period? Secondly, what is the maximum tenure that I can repay the loan back?
Hello Rafi.. thanks for the feedback... 1. You don't have any waiting period. If you are eligible for a loan you can buy a home anytime. 2. Max tenure could be 30 years..
Vera level explanation. Semma informative! Thumbs up..

For second house you need to pay 8% transfer tax at the time of purchase and your property tax will have to be paid yearly...
Thanks Sister . Property tax percentage for first and second house are same ? Or second house's property tax higher?
@@Joshua_Jayakumar property tax remains same

lening 💵
€2000 salaris
max lening
€ 120,000
Huis prijs min € 250,000
That's true. But, that's what I meant by affordability and eligibility. May be we should not only focus in city centre.
This gives clear idea and also motivation to buy house.
Thank you ma
