If you lose your job, you will not face legal complications for not paying mortgage, NHG will takeover your home, sell it, settle the balance and give the remaining money if any. No min duration. but for loan you might need 3 months payslip..
Is there allow to buy a second own house in netherlands, if yes how much percentage we have to pay tax for second house ( compare with first house) .
Hosue tax have to pay one time in life (during the purchase) or yearly basis have to pay ?
For second house you need to pay 8% transfer tax at the time of purchase and your property tax will have to be paid yearly...
