The DC bug early on in the video is due to drinking any type of alcohol in-game. Stay away from the Rumsey Rum stamina buffs while this is not fixed.
Staying away from anything blizzard also does the trick.

Does the rogue from RFD really not get how scummy they are? Guessing not since they uploaded their own perspective but it blows my mind how bad and selfish they were. Still had potion, tea, dummy, coulda vanished later easy. Never want that man in my dungeon or raid, hell even questing.

I mean it's HC, you should always be on the lookout for yourself, any of his groupmates coulda jumped off the ledge right next to them and hearthed while the mobs ran the long way round, they just chose the wrong decision
If you don't want things like this killing you in your group just be alert of critters, know reset/jump spots like the ledge to the right of them, carry target dummies to buy time
Sometimes in HC you gotta know when to play it safe and just run
@@moroth9541 When something bad happens you should work your hardest to preserve your character because some people can’t be helped, if everyone in the group was paying attention to ways to live they would have all made it out, it was stupid to make the mistake and it was stupider to just try and chadstand that pull with an oom healer and 0 dmg
They definitely knew they were playing with fire having a comp like that, carrying a dps shaman when he should have just healed a different group, and bringing 0 aoe classes

1 or 2 people died because the other ones got themselves out of there while the dead ones stood still and let it happen
The rogue didn’t play perfectly, but he can’t be blamed for a group of people that didn’t value their lives enough to try to live, they didn’t need the rogue to save them there because they could have done it themselves
@@moroth9541 They pulled the bug, but 1. Tank should have pulled pack back just because of its proximity to another 2. No one in that group had their monitor on to notice a flying bug 3. no one in that group had the roach weakaura (Warriors should because they most often use non-damaging aoe)
The rogue couldn't have possibly downed that pack for them, their damage is already so low with blade flurry on the first pack that healer is half mana before the next pack pulls, then by the time rogue vanishes he's tanking 2 mobs and healer is oom because that warrior can't hold his threat at all despite the mobs hitting him for a good while
The rogue didn't play perfectly, he could have spaced out his defensives instead of panick popping Evasion, Vanish, and Sprint all in the same burst, he could have widdled down a single mob with evasion up, but we already saw that his dps was so low that I'd assume he wasnt gonna be able to kill even a single mob in evasion, it would have ended in a vanish anyway just to reset threat so this bad tank could pick his shit back up, to which the correct play there with an oomed priest and shaman would have been to just stay vanished
"he didnt play at all" it seems like you didnt watch the clip at all to see how much shit they were in before he decided to vanish

The rogue dipped out too early, should have stuck around until it was seriously dangerous before vanishing and the warrior not strafe running or jumping just hurt to watch.

That amount of DC is definitely not server side problem. The other druid was playing fine. Some addons maybe causing the dc.

its a bug due to alcohol items in-game (in his case, Rumsey Rum).

Why do steamers always do that man. They’ll start running from an elite and then randomly, for no reason at all, just turn around and stare at the elite that’s running at them, losing valuable distance. Was he trying to die? Does it increase views/likes? I just don’t get the logic.

I'm kind of surprised they didn't remove that behavior from cockroaches in dungeons. I always thought it was a weird and unintended behavior that a critter can wander away and social aggro dungeon mobs. Like what, do the skeletons speak cockroach?
I play Warlock and I have yet to be in a dungeon where my dots actually got to do full damage. I don't understand how they are taking forever to kill these packs. Like, each mob should take 15 seconds or less to kill.

Like, if I see people attacking high hp mobs when there's a bunch of low level shit needlessly hammering a tank or something, I will just go and Hellfire that shit ASAP because I will take less damage from 3-4 trucks of Hellfire than the tank + wasted healer mana.
I get half of people are dumber than average, but the stats on 3 dps should still favor you.

When you disconnect and log back in and you still live, TAKE A FUCKING BREAK until the connection is stabilized.
You can reset in the room with all the zombie graves, in the spot where mages usually climb up. Thie exact thing happened once to me while tanking and we all survived with the reset
There's multiple reset spots they ran past, ZF is full of them

I love this. Part of me thinks it was a Blizzard staff that kept disconnecting him like that. This just doesn't even happen to me. The pattern of DCs coupled with him still having internet to log back on.
That first clip has to be a client side problem, that last group reminded me of what pugs used to be like way way back. That running rogue just reminded me of retail.

Watching alot of these deaths makes me so happy that i never started playing HC.
the rogue just bailing at the first sight of trouble. The ZF clip theres 2 hunters but neither of them dropped a frost trap(warrior could also have been hamstringing ofc) but with 2 frost traps they would gain so much distance that they could place 2 more traps by the time the mobs reached them again. Even with just 1 frost trap they would get enough distance to aspect of the pack out of there.
Cant take it to serious tho its just a fun adventure. No big deal if you die its part of it

I'm on my first HC attempt with a 45 priest. I've done exactly 3 dungeons: Deadmines, Stockades, and SM. All 3 were pugs. All of use were absurdly overleveled for the content just to finish quests. All three went very smooth, yet each felt sketchy without voice comms with strangers. I doubt I am going to do another dungeon run on this character.
I’m the same way but on a rogue. All went smooth but no communication at all is brutal especially when you get typing hero’s when shit goes bad

It is the rum that he drank, anything that makes your character drunk will disconnect you the moment you autorun. Happens left and right. Blizzard will not fix it.

Rogues like this is why it’s hard for me to commit to hardcore. No matter how safe or correct you play, at some point you gotta trust other players not to be a rat and equally put their life on the line.
Just don’t group with Rogues. Problem solved. Don’t let randomers ruin an amazing experience.

That rogue is a POS, guy was the party leader and did that - I would never put my group in that situation and leave them to die, especially when they could have stood their ground and kited it out.

Druid at beginning has someone logging into their account. You get kicked out of your account when someone else logs in. You can see this has nothing to do with the actions ingame. Many players have experience of this.
this is actually a problem with the rum he consumed to increase his stamina, its known but not fixed.

This game wasnt meant for a hardcore mode, and harcrore especially wasnt meant for pussies.
Some private ffxi servers have side-by-side hc players that have hc tags in them, if they die, they lose their hc tag and are no longer considered hc characters. Anyhow, ive seen these people aggro shit, pull to party, then warp out leaving everyone to fight...

Final video is the best. Death is easy. I personally love the videos where a team helps each other. When I play HC, right from the first day a few weeks ago, it’s been an amazing ride of decent people. HC has brought back the right attitude to World of Warcraft.
Hardcore servers should only be designated to the best hardware and Blizzard is using their servers from original Vanilla Era.

That first clip seems so fake. I've played vanilla, classic and HC for literally thousands of hours and have never disconnected that frequently or seen anyone else who has. Also notice how it stopped happening at just the right time for him to save his character (he would have died if it happened once more) and then didn't happen again. People are trying to farm clout ny appearing in these compilation videos.

After you get DC twice, you should just run away and not keep fighting until you get DC 10 times.

It's a nice addon. Helped me get 60 on my first try with zero prior hc experience.
Statistical bias, people who stream are more likely to use the addon they're paid to promote, people who stream are more likely to have their gameplay clipped, you don't pay attention to DC clips that don't use the addon because they don't fit your narrative
