I almost prefer this season over the busy hot active summers. Time is precious and winter gifts every opportunity to feel that time more than ever. As you say, listening to snow melting or observing the stillness how quiet and sleepy the nature is. And so we are given the permission to do the same.Happy New Year, Millers:)
❤Such a beautiful and inspirational vlog❤ Yes I use to struggle hard when the rough winter hits and would struggle mentally and emotionally, however we invested in a fire table to have fires in the backyard (fire by law in the city doesn’t allow open fire 😢) we roast marshmallows and drink hot chocolate ❤ We also make a point each week of bundling up and taking a nice walk across the street in the forest and hiking trails, the fresh air truly is repairing. New Year’s Eve we’ve created our own little moments, we write down on pieces of paper what no longer serves us going into the new year and we take turns reading our notes and throwing throwing them into the fire. Cozy inside is an absolute must! After the Christmas is all taken down the new cozy throws come out and our movie nights increase to twice a week. Plus our family drives each week just to go grab a hot drink and take a drive in the country. Family game nights increase as well. I love the seasons, so I embrace every single one different ❤Lastly large doses of Vitamin C & D 😍 xxxxx
I love that you're finding ways to embrace the cozy season with your family - those fire table nights sound divine! 🔥 your letting go tradition is really wonderful too! Thank you for sharing and YES supporting the body with nutrition and specific supplements are a game changer!
