The 2017 Power Rangers movie has pleased some fans and many are calling for a sequel. If this second movie could be made, then the white ranger should be the next ranger to appear. In addition to this, there should also be a new version of Lord Zedd and many new things.
Power Rangers is an American television series and franchise of the tokusatsu genre, version of Super Sentai Series, a Japanese television series of the same genre. It has been broadcast since 1993. From 2002 to 2009, the franchise was owned by The Walt Disney Company, but was reacquired in 2010 by Haim Saban, its creator and original driving force between Mighty Morphin and Wild Force (the latter created early in production before the sale of Saban Entertainment to Disney). On May 1, 2018, it was confirmed that the franchise was bought by Hasbro.

Tommy being under a spell is still possible. Keep in mind Rita was asleep for millions of years and has been in through all kinds of dangerous situation while asleep. So a little frost bite shouldn't be a problem.

It was cool and makes sense that Zordon was a former Ranger. So that was really cool!
It made sense that the suits and Zords looked more alien like. But We could make them look more recognizable in the sequel.

Series for minions and films for the generals then a final one for the boss fight where the powers have their link removed from the grid to set up the next team.
Notice I said link removed, not destroyed. As this allows a return later on.
I definitely vote for some changes. Tommy still be evil but keep the green powers and add a brand new character to be the white ranger. The need to change the white ranger from tiger to titanus.
Could be an AI version of Rita exists within the power coin. Similiar to how Zordon is an AI version in the ship/command center. So she is using Tommy as a host and to purify the green power, it turns to the white ranger.

So What if lord zed was the original zeo ranger then they ripped the crystal from him causing him to be disfigured and then split the zeo crystal into pieces and hide them in different places so lord zed can’t find them get his power back

I think the new was horribly done in my opinion. They ruined Rita for me in the movie. The TV show was better than the new movie. The original still looks better with the bad guy being Ivan ooze. I think they ruined it with how they brought up Rita repulse. They're version was complete garbage
