The video is the recipe.
@@KetoAsianFlavours it's convenient to have it written so it can be saved as a document. That way, a person doesn't have to stop and start or 'rewind' the video to parts they missed or didn't catch.
@@dellagilchrist7647 I’ve included a note in the description box to check back as I will type up the recipe and send it to FoodSocial. That’s where I will be posting my written recipes. I’ve worked so hard on this recipe and video the last week and I need a break 😂 I posted it for anyone who wants to make them for Superbowl tomorrow. But I’m a video content creator, not really a blogger.
@@KetoAsianFlavours Thank you, relax, no rush. When you write your cookbook, I'll be ready to buy it.
@@dellagilchrist7647 Thank you ❤️ but I don’t think I will be writing a cookbook anytime soon. I wish I had the time!
Woop woop!😃 Thnx Ann! I'll definitely shallow fry, and then shake on some of that popcorn flavoring powder - is it "Kernels"?. (I actually thought we were going to be deep frying your keto lasagna noodles with corn flavoring in the mix, lol.)
Hey, what are the guidelines for dehydration in the oven again....?
Lowest setting in the oven with the door slightly open. Lowest is 170F, so it’s a bit higher then the dehydrator method. Guideline for time is 6-8 hours, but it depends on how thin you spread it.
@@KetoAsianFlavours , Thnx Ann!
Do I have to use egg? Can I use flax. egg?
