This video is all over the place. Skipping a lot of steps. I guess if you have done this for years it would make sense but if this is for training purposes it is very confusing.
Your basically saying “I’ve done the best I can but, I need to move on because this is taking too long” I have 12x12 full glass doors and they are balanced perfectly and have no issues. I also installed them myself as a first timer. Your going to burn that motor out in a year or two Edit….your just pushing product. That’s not $12 I need to spend. That door is loud as shit for a first time door install
I have an 18x7 commercial door, is kinda heavy to lift, at midway it's balanced, and after the that, it wants to slingshot open. Then it's hard to pull down to close, again, until midpoint, then wants to slam down.
That spring change would suck with that operator mounted to the center bearing plate

Your spring is too small
use some grease on the axle of your running wheel then the door will run much nicer
