I looked it up and I found a source that said it was not meant to be 3 single letters and not meant to represent anything. I found some people saying it stands for "save our souls" "Save our ships" and such but I don't think it is supposed to stand for anything. If you look it up you will see what I mean. I did not get it either because it had me puzzled for years.

Now, I'm not sure if someone has addressed this much earlier and I don't want to make much of a fuss, but I don't think nightcore covers of songs actually fall under Fair Use. I'm not an expert and could definitely do more reading, but what I know thus far doesn't seem to allow all this.
As your clip states, Fair Use allows "criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship and research" and a nightcored song is none of these. Also even when a work falls under these guidelines - let's say a music revewer talking about a song - generally one still isn't allowed to use the work in its entirety, which in a review contect would mean playing some clips but not the whole song. (I used a Stanford University blog as a source, but other sources will most likely give the same answer.)
Not directly benefitting from the song shouldn't be grounds for Fair Use either, since the wording is "tips the balance in favor of Fair Use", which I would presume means "if the legal case is unclear, you will benefit from these factors" rather than "makes everything okay". (let's say our fictional reviewer uses clips that are on the border of too long for Fair Use.) If it made use perfectly allowed, it would have been mentioned in the former part that listed allowed uses.
However, I'm not trying to stop you from making these videos (how would I be able to listen to nightcore if no-one made these?), just noting that the clip in the description is fairly meaningless and best case it does nothing, worst case it enforces someone's beliefs that this is Fair Use and they end up with slight legal trouble after misusing clips.
Anyways, sorry for the rant(?) and thank you for the content provided!
