I am listening to this now having lost my beautiful partner 2 months ago. He came to me the night after he died so clear I know it wasn’t a dream. He looked at me and put his fingers up to his lips to say ssssh. I’ve had since a couple more dreams that he’s with family. My grandmother (and best friend) was on life support unexpectedly. I'm an atheist and have never had a spiritual experience or anything like that. Me and my two sisters had the EXACT experience of our mom visiting us before her wake. I was the youngest at 6 sharing a bed with my under cousin. My two sisters 12 & 14 shared the bedroom next door. We all cried out, they yelled - at the same time. My mom smirked at me in a beautiful smile in a white glow and then floated / vanished away. This was the n July 1983. Two years later I saw my grandmother when I was playing in the library. Same outline same peaceful smirk. I was 8... my daughter was murdered 5Mar19 she was 23. It was sudden. I felt mean hit energy around my face for a few days. After a few months I would just feel the warmth of her presence in my face. Then I had a dream. In the entire dream she keep saying I’m NOT DEAD... I showed her pictures from the autopsy the girl was premed major and she said yeah but IM NOT DEAD.... I’m so grateful for all the experiences.
My mother came to me while driving up to the mountains outside LA (She passed away some years before). It was so overwhelming that I actually told her to calm down and that I knew she was there, I was trying to concentrate on driving. The feeling was love, forgiveness and understanding! It only happened once and never again! By the way this love came from heaven yet she was NEVER a christian but believe in the American Indian ways. I can’t help but think of Doctor Sleep when he’s comforting the elderly who are about to move on to the next world. Imagine possessing such a “gift” to ease people’s minds as they “go to sleep” and journey to the next world 💜 I am no longer afraid 💜
A most excellent book. Listened to it twice in a matter of weeks. I also bought a hard copy. The narrator did a terrific job. It’s beyond me why this book and the sequel, Destiny of Souls, can’t be found on Audible.
It amazes me that the author basically developed a nearly identical technique for regressions and accessing the “superconscious” that Dolores Cannon did with her 50 years of work doing QHHT, but he was never aware of her work or the work of Edgar Cayce. This just provides even stronger evidence of the truth in quantum metaphysics.
Actually I haven't read them all but this book was the beginning of many studies and books written. Each has confirmed the acuracy of this book and added more details.
Your souls journey I think by Robert Schwartz is another great book on the same subject but goes into more detail of why we choose to come here and go through such adversity.

I have so many questions after reading his books but the biggest one is - would my soulmates all have different soul groups? As lets say one of my soulmate is my best friend Linda. However she has soulmates that play absolutely no significance in my life like her mother or husband. And Lindas husbands soulmates have soulmates that play no significance in Lindas life let alone mine. Therefore it would not be possible that my group is all connected to each other. My group could only be connected to me. Each of my soulmates would need a separate soul group of their own. So are there many projections of the same soul that can be in different groups at the same time?

What we call the "sub" conscious or "in" conscious is the hyper conscious mind. All social engineering wants us to overlook this or consider it unimportant. This part of mind is that which picks up information at superhuman speeds as in the case with movie theatres flashing "eat popcorn and drink soda pop" increasing sales dramatically. This is flashed quicker that 1/20 of a second, which our conscious mind cannot detect, but our "sub-conscious" has no problem detecting such high speed events ie hyper conscious. And we know we must reprogram this sub conscious mind to make any lasting changes in our lives. Yet our conditioning is to treat this part of mind unimportant and of no real consequence so no need to mess with it or think much about it. This part of mind may be our actual spirit. I have asked leaders of many denominations to define what is the soul and what is the spirit and what's the difference between the two I have never gotten a solid answer. I turned to educated people like psychologists at every opportunity to define these two different things and the results are even worse!! Try it yourself. Its as though while many people talk about these things all the time, but are at a total loss when asked to explain.This seemed very crazy to me throughout life. People who should know seem themselves repelled against knowledge when it actually couldn't be a more important question. I had to answer this for myself as I was never satisfied accepting eternal non answers to this vital question. Its as if people accept their not knowing in place of knowing, and are good with it seeking no more investigation. It sparked my curiosity and I am very glad I looked into it. Its is a fundamental question. But the world at large seems placated into having knowledge where there is clearly none. Consider the implications and opine for yourself

I had the very same question which I asked in a reincarnation group on FB. Some of the answers I got said that maybe "normal" past lives were not discovered by people because there wasn't anything that could trigger the memories. I'm not satisfied with that answer though... in a past life regression you should be able to remember the life of a commoner, in my humble opinion.

It is comforting to know that our loved ones in the spiritual realm “Hades” is in paradise, that they are greeted by others who’ve passed away before, and to have life reviews, to know this is a blessing. However what this is saying about evil and what happens to their soul is far off from the truth. There are many NDE videos of people who went to hell. The people that have been interviewed by Michael Newton are under hypnosis, they didn’t actually die in this life and was brought back to life to tell their experience. Take the comfort in knowing your loved one is safe, but not for one second misconstrue the judgement we all will face as souls, God is in control, and Satan and all those that follow with evil in their hearts will meet their destiny.
I don’t think there is really such thing as heaven and hell........it is just that the lower levels would be hellish....the higher levels would be heaven like......just like ghettos or nice areas or healthy positive families and ignorant wicked types of families.....I think on the other side there is more protection from those who are on lower levels of consciousness ....this is what causes manifestation our thinking and why we think them also matters....religion has been fictionalised and simplified even heavily edited to keep this kind of information out of the masses of humanity.....if people knew about this kind of thing when they were young there would virtually be no poverty because people would know how to manifest the kind of life they want to live and know no to maintain it. Most of humanity have their courteousness highjacked by religion.....there is still some good in religion .....but it is not pure anymore.like most things on earth I guess.
In my death experience there was no judgement or hell we are loved beyond anything we can imagine here. Please be careful creating fear or taking to heart the stories of people who think they went to hell. In longer studies it's being shown that no one stayed in that state of hell but acsended or was taken out, or simply came back before experiencing being found there. As far as being judged? Why would we be judged for things we came here to experience? How cruel is that?
Taking the conversation out of various religions for a minute, and just developing a personal relationship with our Lord, it is God and only God who has helped me in the darkest moments of my life, he has on many occasions filled me with a deep peace in the midst of great turmoil that surpasses understanding. The spirit realm consists of paradise and torment, which is the second heaven, the other heaven is where Jesus is, but every spirit both alive and dead await judgement. God’s wrath comes because of such great evil, What is cruel would be a God that allowed free will to either choose to obey him bc what he says is true and for our best interest, or to do opposite “follow Satan” yes we came here to experience this life, but not without consequence for our actions, everyday we choose. People who rape and beat children repeatedly don’t go into the part of the spirit realm that is paradise, they are in torment, this is all in Scripture, and in all do fairness watch people’s stories on here who went to hell “torment” and came back, this isn’t to invoke fear into people, it is to speak truth. Our God loves us beyond measure, and he is just, and holy. As our days are getting harder, severe weather changes, mass shootings “ like never in our history before” over 300 mass shootings in America in 2018, our political climate is extremely fragile, this is in front of us, people personal relationship with God, and reading or listening to scripture will empower you. I am enjoying this audiobook! One point confuses me- up into my 30’s I always dreamed sequentially. One dream would pick up where the last one stopped. This was my norm. I thought every one dreamed this way. I am enjoying the spiritual parts of his book however. Good audiobook reader too!
Listened to it all. I don’t know I find this system comforting. Seems like a lot of work and a lot of procedure and levels for what? Still doesn’t give answers I want to know, unfortunately. I still don’t know the why .. why in the world are we incarnating as human and so rudimentary and why do we even need to learn any of this at all? We are from God, so we should already know things and don’t have to live through it. Why does death have to be so gruesome ? Why not just have everyone disappear when your “game over” happens. Just lots of things that make no sense.
Because we live in the dynamics of the physical universe with all of its rules. There are most likely ET civs that do just as you say but we are not there yet. We most likely will be as you say later in our evolution. We are limited to the rules of this universe one way or another. We know that but come here anyway because the prize is worth it. Experiencing is everything so its not what you "know spiritually" but what your experience makes you know with all the pain and pleasure and everything else involved.

I have a lot of problems with his book (and his other books): And how can his patients count the years in years B.C. if Gregorian calendar did not exist yet. And they fail to know the name of the village/country they are from (red flags, this is fake!) So the people dying in wars/genocides is part of the lessons they had to learn, its their fault because they chose that life right? If there is no absolute certainty with what will happen (which is what the book says), then a wild card has been introduced that can lead to unexpected outcomes for each situation, thwarting karma. The butterfly effect also comes into mind. But establishing the inevitability of an event requires everything around it to be in sync,. An individual who is supposed to become a great inventor cannot die in childhood of poor sanitation or in car accident before he achieves his goals. That person needs a leader who recognizes his or talent and gets the inventor hired and promoted. Everyone else`s fate would have to revolve around that individual for that one bit of destiny. Meanwhile, all the other seven billion need their destiny fulfilled. Each time one piece of this vast jigsaw puzzle is moved, it affects every other one. It is an impossible game for even a god to play. There are problems with using hypnotherapy in general: People claim to remember a past life, when the individual they claim to be is still alive. They recall details of the lives of two deceased people as if they were one. The spate of bogus charges of repressed memories of widespread child molestation and satanic cults in recent decades underscore the unreliability of using hypnosis for recall of actual events, as discussed in Making Monsters: Psychology , False Memories and Sexual Hysteria by Richard Ofshe and Ethan Watters. There are other accounts of NDE's and other therapists that show the same info. Once you do enough research from events around the world you will see that there is a line of commonality and continuity among many cases of different kinds. I have had experiences that actually support some of what Michael says. There are accounts that could only be explained by reincarnation yet the subject itself never came up as an option. This biased attitude to this subject of reincarnation is overwhelming! Once understood, how do the churches make money? Ask yourself if this is not the way GOD works then show me a better just and fair process then this one. Currently religious fear mongering is the only alternative.

His subjects say they talk about the events of their earthly lives with their spirit guides, and they may look through books that contain moving images drawn from their past lives, but there is no description of any holographic reliving of one's life. There also is very little discussion of what has been called Paradise or Summerland -- the earthlike environment of the afterlife, featuring gardens, meadows, houses, birds, etc. Some of Newton's subjects do recall studying in a beautiful library, but for the most part the afterlife environment, as they depict it, seems to consist of blobs of color (which are souls) zipping around in a rather abstract geometric setting. It reminds me a little of the old sci-fi movie Tron. Information that comes through mediums usually indicates that the topic of reincarnation remains controversial even among the departed, with some of them expecting to be reincarnated and others believing differently. But if Newton's accounts are to be believed, there couldn't be any confusion in the matter, because the newly departed soul is almost immediately reunited with its friends from other lifetimes, and proceeds to spend nearly all of its time in heaven preparing for its next incarnation. There is really no way to reconcile these contradictory accounts, so either the channeled information is wrong or Newton's information is wrong (or both are wrong). In regard to the clients reporting the same information, there are multiple factors that have to be considered. In the 19th century there was a great deal of interest in a possible connection between the hypnotic trance and telepathy. Experiments done in the 19th century seemed to indicate that people who have been hypnotized demonstrate enhanced telepathic abilities; in other words, they are more receptive to other people's thoughts. I can't help wondering if Newton's patients are picking up his own thoughts and simply reciting them back to him. So the similarities could be due to telepathy between the hypnotherapists who have preconceptions on the afterlife and on life between lives and the clients who are in deep hypnotic states. Michael Newton not knowing the clients are able to lie in hypnotics states raises his credibility as a hypnotherapist. Very interesting, thanks very much for posting it. At first I didn't like the idea of this hierarchical system, especially the debriefings. I'm not really looking forward to that, I have a lot of splainin to do. After some thought I realize there have to be consequences, and that it is fair, because the punishment fits the crime, I earned it, and that's how I learn. It's also good to know there is some purpose to life, other than just surviving, so it all makes sense logically. What I really like is that it is a meritocracy, where you have to earn your stripes, and those in power don't take advantage of those below them, but try to help them progress. So it's the opposite of our situation here on planet Earth, where money rules, and it's a dog eat dog world with everyone fighting for themselves. Anyway time will tell, and I will find out soon enough, what is what, and how things really go, not in any hurry.

My grandmother (and best friend) was on life support unexpectedly. I'm an atheist and have never had a spiritual experience or anything like that. On the 3rd night, I went to sleep but came back to awareness inside a "lucid dream." I was in a completely empty space, looked up, and my grandmother was there. We stood there, facing each other, smiling. We could communicate feelings telepathically so didn't need to say anything. We just hugged, then she faded off. I woke up the next morning and was informed she passed away over night.

A most excellent book. Listened to it twice in a matter of weeks. I also bought a hard copy. The narrator did a terrific job.
It’s beyond me why this book and the sequel, Destiny of Souls, can’t be found on Audible.
It amazes me that the author basically developed a nearly identical technique for regressions and accessing the “superconscious” that Dolores Cannon did with her 50 years of work doing QHHT, but he was never aware of her work or the work of Edgar Cayce. This just provides even stronger evidence of the truth in quantum metaphysics.
Actually I haven't read them all but this book was the beginning of many studies and books written. Each has confirmed the acuracy of this book and added more details.
Your souls journey I think by Robert Schwartz is another great book on the same subject but goes into more detail of why we choose to come here and go through such adversity.
Sylvia Brown is another good one to read or to listen to here on UTume. I believe its called life on the other side.

I have started my investigations regarding after life in earth a few months ago after I lost my beloved mother which is still can not believe.
I've read and listened to many of Dr. Raymond Moody's books. He is amazing. Sometimes I believe everyting but sometimes I question everything specially ever since I heard about Psychomanteum and Oracles Of the Death. I would really love to believe them but it's not easy without having any of the experience of my own.
My mother came back to me after she passed away, it was incredible to know that she could actually do that. When I was younger, we were close and talked about this subject many times so it is no surprise she would do that.

However she has soulmates that play absolutely no significance in my life like her mother or husband. What we call the "sub" conscious or "in" conscious is the hyper conscious mind. All social engineering wants us to overlook this or consider it unimportant. This part of mind is that which picks up information at superhuman speeds as in the case with movie theatres flashing "eat popcorn and drink soda pop" increasing sales dramatically. This is flashed quicker that 1/20 of a second, which our conscious mind cannot detect, but our "sub-conscious" has no problem detecting such high speed events ie hyper conscious. And we know we must reprogram this sub conscious mind to make any lasting changes in our lives. Yet our conditioning is to treat this part of mind unimportant and of no real consequence so no need to mess with it or think much about it. This part of mind may be our actual spirit. I have asked leaders of many denominations to define what is the soul and what is the spirit and what's the difference between the two I have never gotten a solid answer. I turned to educated people like psychologists at every opportunity to define these two different things and the results are even worse!! Try it yourself. Its as though while many people talk about these things all the time, but are at a total loss when asked to explain.This seemed very crazy to me throughout life. People who should know seem themselves repelled against knowledge when it actually couldn't be a more important question. I had to answer this for myself as I was never satisfied accepting eternal non answers to this vital question. Its as if people accept their not knowing in place of knowing, and are good with it seeking no more investigation. It sparked my curiosity and I am very glad I looked into it. Its is a fundamental question. But the world at large seems placated into having knowledge where there is clearly none. Consider the implications and opine for yourself

I had the very same question which I asked in a reincarnation group on FB. Some of the answers I got said that maybe "normal" past lives were not discovered by people because there wasn't anything that could trigger the memories. I'm not satisfied with that answer though... in a past life regression you should be able to remember the life of a commoner, in my humble opinion.

It is comforting to know that our loved ones in the spiritual realm “Hades” is in paradise, that they are greeted by others who’ve passed away before, and to have life reviews, to know this is a blessing. However what this is saying about evil and what happens to their soul is far off from the truth. There are many NDE videos of people who went to hell. The people that have been interviewed by Michael Newton are under hypnosis, they didn’t actually die in this life and was brought back to life to tell their experience. Take the comfort in knowing your loved one is safe, but not for one second misconstrue the judgement we all will face as souls, God is in control, and Satan and all those that follow with evil in their hearts will meet their destiny.
I don’t think there is really such thing as heaven and hell........it is just that the lower levels would be hellish....the higher levels would be heaven like......just like ghettos or nice areas or healthy positive families and ignorant wicked types of families.....I think on the other side there is more protection from those who are on lower levels of consciousness ....this is what causes manifestation our thinking and why we think them also matters....religion has been fictionalised and simplified even heavily edited to keep this kind of information out of the masses of humanity.....if people knew about this kind of thing when they were young there would virtually be no poverty because people would know how to manifest the kind of life they want to live and know no to maintain it.

In my death experience there was no judgement or hell we are loved beyond anything we can imagine here. Why would we be judged for things we came here to experience? How cruel is that?

Our God loves us beyond measure, and he is just, and holy. As our days are getting harder, severe weather changes, mass shootings “ like never in our history before” over 300 mass shootings in America in 2018, our political climate is extremely fragile, this is in front of us, people personal relationship with God, and reading or listening to scripture will empower you. Listened to it all. I don’t know I find this system comforting. Seems like a lot of work and a lot of procedure and levels for what? Still doesn’t give answers I want to know, unfortunately. I still don’t know the why .. why in the world are we incarnating as human and so rudimentary and why do we even need to learn any of this at all? We are from God, so we should already know things and don’t have to live through it. Why does death have to be so gruesome ? Why not just have everyone disappear when your “game over” happens. Just lots of things that make no sense.

Because we live in the dynamics of the physical universe with all of its rules. There are most likely ET civs that do just as you say but we are not there yet. We most likely will be as you say later in our evolution. We are limited to the rules of this universe one way or another. We know that but come here anyway because the prize is worth it. Experiencing is everything so its not what you "know spiritually" but what your experience makes you know with all the pain and pleasure and everything else involved.

I have a lot of problems with his book (and his other books): And how can his patients count the years in years B.C. if Gregorian calendar did not exist yet. And they fail to know the name of the village/country they are from (red flags, this is fake!)

If there is no absolute certainty with what will happen (which is what the book says), then a wild card has been introduced that can lead to unexpected outcomes for each situation, thwarting karma. The butterfly effect also comes into mind.
But establishing the inevitability of an event requires everything around it to be in sync,. An individual who is supposed to become a great inventor cannot die in childhood of poor sanitation or in car accident before he achieves his goals. That person needs a leader who recognizes his or talent and gets the inventor hired and promoted. Everyone else`s fate would have to revolve around that individual for that one bit of destiny.
Meanwhile, all the other seven billion need their destiny fulfilled. Each time one piece of this vast jigsaw puzzle is moved, it affects every other one. It is an impossible game for even a god to play.
There are problems with using hypnotherapy in general: People claim to remember a past life, when the individual they claim to be is still alive. They recall details of the lives of two deceased people as if they were one. The spate of bogus charges of repressed memories of widespread child molestation and satanic cults in recent decades underscore the unreliability of using hypnosis for recall of actual events, as discussed in Making Monsters: Psychology , False Memories and Sexual Hysteria by Richard Ofshe and Ethan Watters.
Michael Newton claimed that people under hypnosis cannot lie, but this is a myth. As someone who is training to be a hypnotherapist, people can lie if they wish (the client is still fully in control of themselves during hypnosis). There are other accounts of NDE's and other therapists that show the same info. Once you do enough research from events around the world you will see that there is a line of commonality and continuity among many cases of different kinds. I have had experiences that actually support some of what Michael says. There are accounts that could only be explained by reincarnation yet the subject itself never came up as an option. This biased attitude to this subject of reincarnation is overwhelming! Once understood, how do the churches make money? Ask yourself if this is not the way GOD works then show me a better just and fair process then this one. Currently religious fear mongering is the only alternative.

The life review, described in so many NDEs, is absent from Newton's reports. His subjects say they talk about the events of their earthly lives with their spirit guides, and they may look through books that contain moving images drawn from their past lives, but there is no description of any holographic reliving of one's life.
There also is very little discussion of what has been called Paradise or Summerland -- the earthlike environment of the afterlife, featuring gardens, meadows, houses, birds, etc. Some of Newton's subjects do recall studying in a beautiful library, but for the most part the afterlife environment, as they depict it, seems to consist of blobs of color (which are souls) zipping around in a rather abstract geometric setting. It reminds me a little of the old sci-fi movie Tron.
Information that comes through mediums usually indicates that the topic of reincarnation remains controversial even among the departed, with some of them expecting to be reincarnated and others believing differently. But if Newton's accounts are to be believed, there couldn't be any confusion in the matter, because the newly departed soul is almost immediately reunited with its friends from other lifetimes, and proceeds to spend nearly all of its time in heaven preparing for its next incarnation. There is really no way to reconcile these contradictory accounts, so either the channeled information is wrong or Newton's information is wrong (or both are wrong).
In regard to the clients reporting the same information, there are multiple factors that have to be considered. In the 19th century there was a great deal of interest in a possible connection between the hypnotic trance and telepathy. Experiments done in the 19th century seemed to indicate that people who have been hypnotized demonstrate enhanced telepathic abilities; in other words, they are more receptive to other people's thoughts. I can't help wondering if Newton's patients are picking up his own thoughts and simply reciting them back to him. So the similarities could be due to telepathy between the hypnotherapists who have preconceptions on the afterlife and on life between lives and the clients who are in deep hypnotic states.
Michael Newton not knowing the clients are able to lie in hypnotics states raises his credibility as a hypnotherapist. Due to his possible lack of knowledge, he could have been leading his clients to particular answers (leading clients to answers under hypnosis is a big problem in hypnotherapy and hypnotherapists need to be very careful of not doing it).

Very interesting, thanks very much for posting it. At first I didn't like the idea of this hierarchical system, especially the debriefings. I'm not really looking forward to that, I have a lot of splainin to do. After some thought I realize there have to be consequences, and that it is fair, because the punishment fits the crime, I earned it, and that's how I learn. It's also good to know there is some purpose to life, other than just surviving, so it all makes sense logically. What I really like is that it is a meritocracy, where you have to earn your stripes, and those in power don't take advantage of those below them, but try to help them progress. So it's the opposite of our situation here on planet Earth, where money rules, and it's a dog eat dog world with everyone fighting for themselves. Anyway time will tell, and I will find out soon enough, what is what, and how things really go, not in any hurry.
