Seemed an amazing ride. I'm portuguese but never ventured riding to Serra de Estrela, I prefer more flat ground. Looking forward to more videos from Portugal. Are the other riders also sharing videos of this tour?
@@travelmaker6n Hi. Thanks for watching the videos and yes, this was an amazing area to ride. Portugal has so many fantastic roads and areas and I saw more of the flatter areas, that you enjoy riding, when I first rode to Portugal in 2018, as I’d had to wait 15 years to be able to get the time to ride and attend the Faro Rally ( I retired then, and camped for 3 weeks, travelling from Ireland, to France, Spain to get to Portugal ), which was brilliant …..while I had ridden the N2 areas on the homeward run, I had ridden along the coastal areas, Lagos, Nazaré, Porto Covo, Porto and Lisbon and ended up finding the Serra da Estrela then too. I’ll be working my way back through my video footage, now that I’m getting the hang of video editing at a rudimentary basis, but hopefully it’ll be sooner than later, to get the footage from the trips in between, completed. I think one of our group will make a video of his footage, but I’m not sure when…. I’ll let you know when that happens. My next video uses Covilha as a base and the fantastic roads and scenery we saw too.. hope you enjoy the trip. Cheers. T

No blue skies?
Blue skies seemed to give us a bit of miss for some of the days but thankfully we saw quite a few days of the warm & sunny stuff 😂
