@@edkonvangsame recommendation as clear lake but that doesn't stop anyone from loading up on the fish. Its about moderation and consuming within the safe guidelines.
Don't worry... the sign only says to not eat it with a fork... It's really funny how they say to not eat all fishes but Blue Gil and Mud Sucker are okay to eat, 😂. The Mud Sucker should be the worst on the list because they're bottom feeders.

@trussmoutdoors if you keep going that channel all the way to the back, you'll pass a big waterfall on the right. I might go at end of this month.

I haven’t try it but California Department of Public Health does not recommend anyone to eat fish from that lake
I agree with you. I did a little researched and that lake has very high mercury. I even saw the sign and it says zero eating fish in that lake.
