I honestly like David Errigo Jr. work. His voice does fit Oswald. Even though Frank Welker did an outstanding job and will always be someone I’m inspired by, David Errigo Jr. captured Oswald so well. You can tell Oswald is a little bit more younger and immature just like his films in 1927 with Walt Disney. Honestly when I first heard his voice I was shocked but it really warmed up to me. Frank Welker is perfect for Epic Mickey because his voice was more toned down and can make a great voice for Oswald being older and wiser than his young trickster self but in this game and in Disney Dreamlight Valley, Epic Mickey never existed so we don’t have that more ruling and wise Oswald. He’s still his cheerful younger self! Despite Mickey being the star, you can tell this version of Oswald still is happy and going around living his life. Also I love that this game gave him color unlike Disney Dreamlight Valley. I do think his catch phrases are odd and weird but what else can you do if he was a silent cartoon 🤷♀️ Also the phrase “This will be duck soup” is insane Donald better run 💀
While I definitely prefer Frank Welker, I've warmed up to this take a little bit. I like the spunk, and the accent is cute. Favorite line is at 2:18 But yeah, it's too...high(?) Wouldn't want this to be his permanent voice but for a racing game it's fine. Thank you for uploading these. Would you consider doing Ortensia's lines?
I adore this voice on him. It feels youthful and energetic like his personality, and it has that old school twang giving a nod to his origins. Mickey never had that, and its a nice juxtaposition. I know tons might not prefer it because they were used to hearing him in Epic Mickey 2, but Frank Welker (amazing og voice actor that he is) sounds like a much older character in tone when he voices Oswald, and I never really felt like it matched his character design. I had adored Ortensia's voice though, and it seems like they kept a very similar tone for her in this game, too.
I wish the voice was closer to Frank Welker's in the "Epic Mickey" games, even if Welker himself couldn't do it. This sounds more like Bendy from Bendy and the Ink Machine.

It's great that Disney is starting to use Oswald The Lucky Rabbit more besides the cameos in the 2013 Mickey Mouse series but I strongly hate his new voice as it sounds EXTREMELY ANNOYING and it's just as annoying as Chris Diamantopoulos Mickey Mouse voice and I strongly hate Chris Diamantopulos as Mickey Mouse they should've got Frank Welker to reprise his role as Oswald why couldn't they get Frank Welker to reprise his role as Oswald
