Holy shit the Fender Bass is back
This is my alarm to get me up for those early morning 5k runs before work. Lost 2 stone (28lbs) and on a good road to losing the same again to achieve my ideal weight. Confidence and happiness is constantly growing. Thanks for helping me change my life. VULFPECK 4 LYF ❤️

@@JoshBrown1996x Transparency and realism is important. A mixture of the pandemic and some tragic losses have caused my mental state to be completely wacked out for the last year. I've only just started to feel stability coming back and depression fading. Smiles are almost never a facade anymore in recent weeks. I never made the end goal and put a little weight back on, luckily no where near what I was originally. I'm now feeling motivated again for the first time in a long time, getting back on the horse and it feels good, going to start cycling to work on the nice days rather than driving! I know this is a common story among people in recent times but I hope everyone is able to regain their sense of self and happiness. If you haven't found it yet, just breathe, it's OK, you will get there if you give yourself the space.
I have some of my best friends weddings coming up in the summer so it's about time I get this song set back as my alarm and wake up everyday to greet the sun, even if he's hiding behind a cloud. Whip myself into shape whilst getting better all at the same time, it's an exponentially positive process. Thanks for checking up Josh and for the kind words from others. It's nice to remember we're all just the same humans on a journey together ❤
