This was a great interview. This guys is very humble and transparent. I really like his vibe. Tennessee is beautiful. So glad he's helping others in need while making an honest living for himself.

It is crazy. I have been working as an Intern for an Affordable housing developer for the last two years. Knowledge really is power. Individuals really don't know about the affordable side of development. It is good to see light being shed on this! Very complex but very rewarding work.

Honestly, this is the clearest, most concise explanation i've heard of the financial structure and incentive for affordable housing development, and i've watched a few good videos.

I have 12+ acres zoned RM-10, with water and sewer available in an area that’s being gentrified. I want to develop garden apartments for seniors with HCV’s. I really enjoyed watching this video and learned more from it!

Wouldn’t the housing be even more affordable if you didn’t take a multi million dollar cut?
