I need to redo my radiator core support on my 1969 Chevelle, didn't know about the inner bumper support mini brackets that keep the bumper from vibrating this was a GREAT video nice job! thanks!!

I actually think those are so when you jack the front bumper up with a bumper jack it protects the core support or keeps the bumper in place

thanks. I was watching this trying to remember if 2 different color lenses were used on these cars. I couldn't remember. Its what I call a fragment of an old memory. I do remember that the wagon and el camino used a number of different front clip parts, even these lenses.

FYI...OPGI sells the rubber pieces that fit on the bumper brackets that rest on the radiator support.

i have a 70 chevlle SS Clone and in Germany we have to convert the parking lights in to turning lights :) and often we are not allowed to use red turning lights in the back but i have a special aproval in my papers.

Hi chris, been putting my front end together but am curious if I am lacking brackets to bolt up the filler panel, the panel that goes bellow grille that fills the gap between the grille and bumper. How does it attach?

Hey Chris, hypothetically what would you need to put a '70 front end on a '71? Bumper, fenders, fender extensions, grille, lights, and wiring? Is there anything else up front that's different? Maybe the rad support?

you don’t.. your car body might need to be adjusted (centered)

i got it local at south texas muscle classics but its the same bumper from OPGI or any other chevelle parts place
