Love all these cars as well but prices are getting out of control. We need to stop making every car 60k plus, the avrg family cant afford a 60k vehicle at base price. I have nothing to say bad about making luxury vehicles. But they need to make a vehicle that the regular person can afford. Take the 2022 jeep grand wagon. 80k+ base price for the grand wagon. In the 2980s when they first realesed them they were around about 20k starting price. transfer that to 2022 from 1980 would be around 65-70k which means your looking at a 10-20k increase over these years. Also trucks are getting out of control. My dad bought a 2022 chevy 2500 roughly paid around 70k for it. Im very lucky to have this. But making vehicles that a regular person cant afford. Is not going to work.
@@iilynix5998I agree that car prices are exceeding inflation. However, if you grow up with the expectation that your first car is going to be brand new you are spoiled. Even moreso if said brand new car is from a luxury brand. Most people buy used until they are much older. At the end of the day it’s still just a car. Unless you’re traveling long distance most of use don’t spend enough time in our cars to warrant that big of a price tag and all those cool features would be wasted on us.

Im currently 15 years old and I really love the Turf industry. I have always grown up loving grass and looked up to the people who do that. I have also noticed that most of these people dont even drive brand new vehicles. They drive reliable ones. And the most reliable one is not always the brand new one. Again I agree with this statement. For my first vehicle I would like a 09 F-150. I like the body style and its very reliable!
@@iilynix5998 well you sound mature for your age. As long as you live within your means and choose reliability over everything with your vehicle I think you’ll enjoy a fulfilling life. I’m on my way to becoming a conservation officer and I also choose reliability. My wife and I just sold our 07 Toyota Tacoma and got a 22 used Honda Passport. For us that was a huge upgrade and we love it. Generally, I’ve found that older American models are very reliable but if you’re looking for models past the 2015 mark I’d look into Japanese companies like honda and Toyota. Even in these “cheaper” models the standard features blew my mind, as just 5 years ago they were exclusive to high end luxury cars. Keep working hard young man!

That GLS rising and lowering reminds me of my old Lincoln coupe. It did that and as your speed increased, the vehicle lowered itself. After a certain point, the front would drop lower than the rear for aerodynamics. It felt strange with the cabin being slightly angled with the nose lowered as it just hovered over the pavement. The joys of cruising as cars just magically got out of your way doing 115 or so. 😊 thx for the memories.
