Nice home and congradulations. I too have a 5 br 3 bath home. I made 1 an office and 1 a gym. Can I just say though how these builders need to be ashamed of themselves for in 2022 building these bowling alley front entrances with the front door at the end of a hallway with no foyer when you walk in. A foyer really sets a standard and all new homes should have a spacious foyer. Also your yard is large so they clearly were not running out of space so they could have given you a bigger closets and s bigger back patio entertainment areas. I would also implore you to not put any facial items, beauty items, or towels in those cabinets over the toilet. I'm a germ-a-phobe well before covid so there is research that shows when ever a toilet flushes very small spray or aerosol is released. Even with those cabinet doors closed there will be an accumulation of bacteria in that room. That's why they say do not placd tooth brushes next to toilets. I'd only put extra toilet paper in there and may be air freshing sprays.

We almost didn’t have appliances which would of delayed closing. Same brand is definitely my preference.
