    Thanks for watching! What platform are you using, and what do you like/dislike about it?

    Stumbled across your video at just the right time. Just started and at the stage of working out the best way of doing things (and it's doing my head in!). Your comment about finding the right person who actually knows eCommerce got me googling just that, and actually finding somebody in my city that seems to specialise in exactly what I'm doing. Now hopefully they are as good as their website! Now to watch a few more of your videos as they seem really good :)

    I extremely like the video, man. Very helpful and informative. Thank you very much. It is presented so well too. Great, positive work.

    Great video, as always. QBO is increasing its pricing so often. It is now $70 per month. $840 per year... crazy... I can't justify pushing my client to it now. QBD is $70 per year.

      Thanks, Jacob. Yeah, a lot of people share your concerns. And for those of us who include the cost of software in the services to our clients, it can be a big and unexpected hit to profitability. Not fun.

    Hi Patty, Thank you for your advice. I was just hoping that there would be another reliable and cheaper alternative from Quickbooks and Xero that could integrate with an Amazon seller account. Any update about Odoo? Do you know anything about FreshBooks? Do you offer any discount for Xero?

    • @AcuityEcommerce
      @AcuityEcommerce  4 года назад

      Nope. QBO and Xero are your best bets.
      No update from me on Odoo - my attention has been elsewhere. I do know about Freshbooks, but they aren't really at the same level as these two.
      And, no, I don't have any discounts for Xero, but if you reach out to them, they might give you their own discount code. :)

    We need sophisticated inventory handling, but are not in the "$75 million" category that you mentioned in another video to make a very expensive Netsuite type accounting a practical answer. Do you have any other suggestions that we should explore? We need the ability to "build" sub-components into finished goods; we have multiple locations where raw goods reside, etc. Any thoughts?

      Yes, you should check out a cloud inventory system. Some of the ones we see our clients choosing at the moment: Locate, Dear, Finale. See if one of them fits the bill.

    Great content, can you please guide about E-Bay accounting and how they are different from Amazon?

    • @AcuityEcommerce
      @AcuityEcommerce  3 года назад

      This question is super broad. The overall theory of "ecommerce accounting" is the same regardless of platform. You just need to understand how the company works operationally so that you can develop the appropriate workflow. But accounting is always accounting. :)

    Please also guide me about the taxes applied to Amazon seller not belonging to USA but operating through USA by way or registered LLC

      I no longer do taxes. You'll want to talk to your tax advisor about that.

    What about GoDaddy Bookkeeping online?

    • @AcuityEcommerce
      @AcuityEcommerce  5 лет назад +1

      The problem with GoDaddy is that it has the all the limitations of cloud accounting software like Xero and QBO with none of the integrations to tools that improve the operations of your business (which is one of the main reasons why cloud accounting is so appealing).

      Depends what your needs are. One size doesn't fit all.
