How do you have access? And I suppose these have the same speed as the other high rise wing?

Lifts in both wings have different speed ranging from 4.3m/s to 6.3m/s for some reason.

You can register for access. Before end-2018 there were no turnstiles but guards would check people for a pass. I should have tried to register back then, as the buttons were original

@@PL1Lifts The good news is that the fireman lift in West Wing still has original buttons, but the interior indicator got replaced.

Came here previously for a HDB scholarship talk, & on that day the lift was supervised by a guard, & was programmed to have the '33' button light up automatically once the lift reached L1 to pick us up to bring us up to HDB HQ on the top floor
