I know the feeling! But there's always time later for Instagram - I'm only just starting to build my Instagram this year, after 4 years as a freelancer! Options you have are either to forget it for now, or scale back and keep posting minimally to grow it slowly in the background.
Heck yeah! Meal prepping is MAGIC! I usually cook a big batch of food and we eat it for dinner for 3-4 days. Cooking everyday is so dang time consuming!
