My family, especially my son really enjoyed the fishing at Co Jordan. The owner showed us how to fish for either the bangus or the tilapia. The difference is in the size of the bait. I think the bait was moistened fish food and formed into a ball on the hook. I have not been to Diane's Seafood, Isla Sugbo, Parilya and Parrt Ebelle. Has Parilya been there in 2019? Now I know there are more places to go. Next time. Thank you for the info.

Thank you for sharing your experience at Co Jordan. Dianne's Seafood House opened to the public last year June 16, 2020. We've gone to Parilya once, check out my video "Exploring IL Corso", ruclips.net/video/mIjVst7f0bg/видео.html. There's so many places in Cebu to explore. God bless

June 2019 we re(a)d very good reviews and so Oyster Bay was our first choice as I had missed Cebuano style seafood cuisine. We took a taxi from the Fuente area all the way to Mandaue. Reaching the front, entrance of the restaurant, there seemed to be nobody there on a dinner time. One of us got out tried to open the door it was locked. Knocked and nobody answered. We told the driver to drive to the back, we checked and the door was closed too. Drove back up front and the security guard was there already. He told us that the chef had QUIT and the restaurant was temporarily closed. Until now we're still wondering what made the chef quit, hahaha! So we asked the driver for a recommendation and he drove us to that STK Ta Bai at the Capitol area. There was a lot of choices. We chose what we wanted from the iced display and they cooked it to our preference. The grilled tuna panga was good, and I was surprised they even had the kona/spanner crab. We ordered too much we had plenty to go but couldn't eat it in the hotel as the seafood smell would be too strong. STK Ta Bai was good, but some of the display could have been fresher. ◙ I have not been to Diane's, but Carcar? General Luna street used to be a very quiet place, now they have a big restaurant there, huh. I had a GF who lived on that street then, walking distance for her to St. Catherine's in high school.
