It's not a coral snake, it's a CORRAL snake. As in, a snake that corrals. It tries to corral you, by encircling you.

I think the -0.1% snake movement speed with water attacks stacks. So on snakes with alot of health it'll still be alive when it stacks to 100%

yo next time i found out if you use hose, max upgrade for it, long invincibility, and long collection range along with a rat king snake, movingt into endless invest fully in having more max curses & once youre strong enough the attack speed, it will spawn thousands of rat snakes & give you infinite oil, teeth, coins, lag, etc. lol
