    Lemon Cake Ingredients:
    - 8 large eggs;
    - 280g of flour (000);
    - 250g of sugar;
    - 2 lemons, approximately 100ml of lemon juice;
    - 90ml of sunflower oil;
    - 10g of baking powder;
    - 1/4 teaspoon of salt;
    - 10g of alkaline cocoa;
    Bake in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 50-60 minutes, with heat from the bottom and top.
