Even though there are truths to the factors, this video is very stereotypical and have some negative vibes to it. As a Bengali who have had opportunities to see Marwaris from close. Let me tell you the primary factor why they are so successful that nobody talks about. It's their amazing linguistic skill and ability to completely understand different cultures. It may sound stereotypical but it's true. They pick up another language so fast, any state or community they stay, they will soon start speaking like a native speaker. And they will know most of the cultural nuances of that culture and they can do this without forgetting their own culture. And they have acquired this skill for thousands of years because it's in their culture to move out and migrate to different places and find a gap in the new market and start new business. As a note I would also like to add why Bengalis fail miserably in business. It's because we are hypocrites, we would love to have all the profits and gains, but would condescend the profession of business as a less intellectual profession.. we also are very racist even though we show ourselves as progressives, we have derogatory terms for almost every other ethnicities in India, I doubt that's the case with others.

Fun fact: Mughals and Marwari businessmen actually had very close relations. Due to good relations better Marwar State and Mughal Empire through marriage alliances, Mughals actually preferred Marwari Businessmen and Punjabi Khatri men as business and accounts handlers of the Mughal treasury(inspite of both communities being predominantly orthodox Hindu), just like for military posts, Mughals preferred their own Mughals along with Rajputs and Pathans.
Jahangir heaped great praises over Marwari and Khatri Business culture, and even adopted vegetarianism in his routines, as mark of respect to Marwaris and Khatris, since both tended to be orthodox Hindu and Jain vegetarians

I am 21 and i work 16 - 17 hours in a day with my father we stay in Mumbai and we also live a very simple life ♥️♥️
Buisness is everything for us i am learning buisness with my dad from 5th standard which has made me capable of earning now even if my dad retires it wont be a problem for me 👍

But south indians mostly prefer people from south only they don't treat other indians equally in fact do partiality with other fellow Indians I can say from my experience in IT as one of my PM was from south and then in the project there was a poor chap too from south who couldn't even speak english properly and had poor IT knowledge but still the PM favoured him very much and gave him satisfactory 3 rating and on the other hand gave me 4 rating even though I had good hold on the project....😕

I dont think that all of them are rich and reality is also same. Few of them became economically strong because of their way of life to bussiness and in their bussiness succes major fact was the indian market and indian consumer. Many indian group who were not educated much more in past they started small business (here i does not mean that all people were uneducated who started bussiness) Today many foreign company & the people who realized strengh of indian market want to invest in india and want to start the bussiness the reason is only consumer power in india not anything else
