And when they see the self for the first time, even a perfectly sane and healthy adult cat, it can startle them and trick them into thinking its another cat. Over time, they learn and realise that it's a reflection. Then it doesn't bother them.
It's pretty amazing, cuz it shows that Cat knows the image in the mirror or on screen is you. Unlike most animals, which couldn't even recognize the image of themselves in the mirror as themselves.
Oh ho? This shows a remarkable amount of intelligence. Some cats can't even recognize their own reflections, but some here recognize that the image on the screen is coming from the human, as it were and attempts to see if the face on the screen matches the reality.

At least they are more smarter than the other pets that fight their reflection. Because, the pets on the video knew what camera & screen are, that's why they look up to their owners.
