Hi Corrine - thank you for this video. I ran into issues with trying to put infusible ink on a non-white polyester top - it worked but very faintly. So because I had another even darker clothing item I really wanted to use infusible ink on, I did this method & it woked! (I did unfortunately have movement of part of my design so it is messed up somewhat but that was my fault.) Today’s been quite a learning curve day but I had to thank you for this video!
Omgosh, I absolutely LOVE this! That White glitter and just the Black IF-ink looked really great too... Thank for the step by step instructions. I'm def. going to try this!
Thank you very much, yesterday I made my shirt with the Leopard, I followed your instructions step by step and I am Special. I already want to go out to use it.
@@CorinneBlackstone I love it! I can't wait to try it!!! Jennifer Maker told me that you can't layer infusible ink so I bought a used sublimation printer and press! I've been watching the wrong channel! Lol
Technically this isnt layered. There are a couple spots its overlapped but it just sort of dulled the rainbow color. You can "layer" this product. I think most of the time they mean not to do it because it alters the color. I've done this way several times zero issues
There’s nothing clear but I think you mean the glitter part. That at the time was done with duplication and welding but now just simply offset the design on design space to make that part
Such a cool idea! Question...does the original glitter layer sit on top of the shirt and crack/peel the way Sportsflex does? Or is it truly like infusible ink where it sinks into the fabric?
I love your technique the glitter is such a great effect. I am going to make a shirt for my grand daughter. Can you tell me if the Cricut iron on glitter poly or just the Oracle?
wonderful, video and explanation, you have another subscriber, but how did you get that blank image or is it just the silhouette of the leopard? I would like to do it but I only see in cricut access the image of the leopard with a black and a red cape.
like it and thank you for the tutorial .... question if i dont want the image to look with glitter can i just use plain white for the first layer and then use the infusible ink paper for cotton shirt.?
No. Plain white htv does not hold a polyester count so sublimation won’t hold to it. You can use siser easy subli www.143vinyl.com/siser-easysubli/?partner=196113
As far as I know all glitter htv is poly as far as the siser brand is concerned. I cannot speak for other brands but they should be poly. But keep in mind this wont work on dark colored glitter and any color you use will effect the color of your infusible ink.
Bummer! I have a ton of 40% poly/cotton blend t-shirts that my son wants me to add airplane infusible ink designs to, but I don’t think he’d be too keen on the glitter. (Thank u so so much for replying so quickly, ive been scouring the Internet for the answer w no luck)
Have u ever tried it on white stripflock? I just did a small tester square and it took most of the ink, but it’s def not nearly as intensely colored... I’m using a distressed infusible ink so the fact it didn’t take at full intensity isn’t actually a problem. Just curious if the ink will stick through a wash or no....
I keep those little white sheets for alcohol cleaning surfaces
LOVE IT ! My hubby wants this on a back of one of his shirts ! Thanks for sharing !

I'm so glad you did this video! I was told that you can't layer infusible ink. So this is a game changer for me!!
You sure can! I will say it can be challenging and it is better if you can do it in one step but it works
@@CorinneBlackstone I couldn't imagine how you would do it in one step!!! Lol!! Mind Blown 🤯

Super cool. I wish I had bought the blue maker instead of the mint one! It looks so cool.
Adorable but I thought you couldn't layer the ink but it turned out so well!!

Good morning, do you have a video on how to weed out the leopards.
I show weeding in just about every video. Its no different for any type of weeding really. you just need to take your time
Hello, One last thing how did you make the clear leopard sheet. I only see two the red and the black ones
There’s nothing clear but I think you mean the glitter part. That at the time was done with duplication and welding but now just simply offset the design on design space to make that part
Oh my! Love this ❤️
Thank you!
This is so pretty. I am going to try this.
It's one of my favorite things to do with infusible ink!
Love this. Can I use black Htv on the bottom then add the ink on top of the black.
No. The ink will not show on black and it has to be glitter HTV regular HTV is not polyester.
Such a cool idea! Question...does the original glitter layer sit on top of the shirt and crack/peel the way Sportsflex does? Or is it truly like infusible ink where it sinks into the fabric?
The glitter is on top of the fabric but unlike the cricut brand which you will notice I never use because it’s terrible this one actually lasts
I apologize what pattern did you cut for the clear sheet. When I cut it it came out to be three leopards
Love this technique thank you for sharing!!!!
I could have sworn I was already subscribed to this channel lol
I want to do this!
you totally should! its so fun!
This is amazing! I am guessing it only works on glitter htv and not regular white htv?
Just glitter. :)
I love your technique the glitter is such a great effect. I am going to make a shirt for my grand daughter. Can you tell me if the Cricut iron on glitter poly or just the Oracle?
I'm unsure on cricut brand. I dont use their vinyl
Thank You ❤️

I used a design space image made specifically for infusible ink. This is a pretty old video so the image may not be available anymore
So does the infusible ink sink Down into the material or does it just sit on top of the glitter vinyl?
It doesn’t do either. The ink turns to a gas a dyes the glitter

@@CorinneBlackstone i try the htv siser with mask and i have a lot of problem the mask dont wont take the image and i the htv dont cut all the way.

@@CorinneBlackstone i really dont want to use the glitter for this project because is for my husband job logo
Do you know if you can also do this with GLow in the Dark HTV?
Yes I have a video using glow in the dark with sublimation. Infusible ink is just preprinted sublimation
@@CorinneBlackstone Thank you and thank you for the quick response
Can I use an iron? I don't have a heat press
You wont be able to use an iron on this type of a project. The infusible ink needs to be pressed all at once not in sections.
Do I have to use a 95% polyester shirt if I'm using the glitter htv for top layer
No you can use any fabric you want
Can I use silver glitter iron on for the bottom layer?
Yes but the colors will pick up some of that silver so it may alter them a little bit
@@CorinneBlackstone thank you
Hi. Can this be done on just plain white HTV?
To be honest I've never tried. I would doubt it because htv is not polyester
Did you say cricut infusiable ink have a template for images
In projects on design space you should be able to choose the category infusible ink and they will have tons of projects there.
Is it all glitter that has poly or only white glitter?
As far as I know all glitter htv is poly as far as the siser brand is concerned. I cannot speak for other brands but they should be poly. But keep in mind this wont work on dark colored glitter and any color you use will effect the color of your infusible ink.

Where did you get Infusable ink images?
Cricut has this one and many others available on design space but you can use any image you like.
Even if you have done something in a previous video for new people you might consider showing again for newbies
I have a cameo can I use invisible Ink with that ??
I dont see why not. You would need to find the right cut setting for it but otherwise it will work fine
Look up Silhouette School. She uses cricut infusible ink
what are your costs for 1 shirt?
for something like this Total cost was around $11
