Great video and yes it is correct that there is verily low crime in Marrakesh. Just to clarify some dust scams exist in every touristic city in the world because a lot of people immigrate from different areas to come work in tourism so good and bad people exist. I experienced scams and theft even in Paris and NY. Soap exist in every place but some people if they run out they may use other alternatives like Tide product for hand washing. Yes not all places will have toilet paper but because in Moroccan culture they use water a lot or some places bidets. Final correction nit everyone friendly means a scammed. People in Marrakesh live on tourism and they will do everything to protect a tourist and make sure they have a great experience and spread positivity to others so more tourist can come and that is why a lot of people are friendly because one that's their Jon and two because Moroccan culture is know of hospitality and people are generous and friendly.
Bin to Marrakesch manny times ans love it, u can very good clubbing olso, the have olso a new part off town with a small mall. Olso there is Nikkie Beach, only the Riads have no pool only small water inside, there are manny hotels and olso very luxere. But for the first time take riad for the experiance. And they have cockroach very bigg, so u now. The doin t do noting but maby wil scare u. But even so i go evry time aigain its very beautyfull and a pleace u got to see once😄

Hello!!! Well I'm planning to visit Marrakech in mid July and just saw from your video that it is the worst month to visit due to high temperatures 😂 I'm from Greece so got used to high temperatures. You think it will still be a bad experience?? Thanks

I just come back from a week in Morocco on 27th, visited Marrakesh and Casablanca. it's nice country and Marrakesh is great city but I was very surprised on how still run down and 3rd world it looked. You can see the corruption in the country it's palpable as the place is quite rich but no money goes back in civil society for infrastructure, welfare, education, etc. one thing I would seriously advise if you are a woman travelling alone please be very careful as Morocco is a Muslim, Arab country and especially the medina in morocco is not an ideal place if lone woman, have your wits about you, and don't try and argue with the men, know your place there and be meek and diplomatic and walk away do not argue with the men you'll only escalate the contretemps and they won't like it
What’s ‘it’s a Muslim, Arab country’ got to do with the safeness though? Russia/ Romania/ Columba etc and many more are non Muslim countries and can be dangerous….

I think if you are unsure how to dress, take example from what the locals are wearing.. The more you blend in, the less unwanted attention you will draw. The oplichters are less likely to bother you if you look like you're from an area, but this ain't no fool-proof remedy.
The best solution for that is when they approach you say in their language: Yep yep, bye bye have a nice day, smile and keep walking. I heard they respect this tactic
