I am amazed on how you are able to decipher those instructions, you are indeed the best crochet instructor. Love your videos. Keep them coming. Thank you for doing it. ❤

this series is so addicting!! before watching this channel i was never really into working with thread or yarn smaller than worsted weight and now i’m working detailed vintage doily patterns! vintage patterns are just so interesting to me for some reason, so thank you for helping me find my newest obsession!

This is one I would enjoy seeing you work up again now that you have the picture and know what it is supposed to look like. Doing so might also help to understand what the pattern writer meant by certain phrases, which could come in handy for future mystery patterns!

Wow. Idk how you’d get that last row in any way without a picture.

I am enjoying this series. The word you want to use is taut, not taunt. Taut is tight, taunt is provoke.

I guess it is worth considering that your mystery pattern might be an edging worked vertically. In that case, nothing will ever look symmetrical and it will seem as if you are doing something wrong when in fact, you are creating all kinds of interesting flourishes. Our minds want us to assume that we are working something straight and symmetrical😄

I don't like to fast forward the video, I love the fun of not knowing and having a surprise at the end of it ❤

Oh my Goodness that was so fun. You did way better than I would have. I didn't understand most of that pattern. I loved it too, the only problem is that we don't know how to do them the right way now. Maybe you could do a video with the corrections of the ones you don't get exactly right looking at the pattern so we can make them too. I seriously can not believe how close you got to that darn pattern! Job well done! Blessings and thanks for yet another wonderful video!

I´m getting hooked on those mystery crochet projects! (Pun intended). And I always want to see a do over after the picture is revealed. It´s perhaps not an obvious choice on a Saturday night to watch someone crochet for almost an hour but you make it so much fun that I can´t stop watching 😊

You do a wonderful job crocheting blindly! I like to look at completed projects when I am following a pattern! 👍

I would LOVE for you to do a LIVE! I would be yelling at you but in a nice way telling you the open crochet was defined on the first page! You did a great job! Much better than most people could have done. ❤❤❤

It's just so hard with the instructions, they're right when they say a picture paints a thousand words.

I really admire your skill and expertise in everything you do in this series, I don’t care if it doesn’t come out right, I enjoy the process you go through. You rock, thank you!

It reminds me of the "Blind Men And The Elephant" poem. Trying to guess what it's supposed to be, just by having part of the shape, operating in the dark. I'm learning a lot watching you. I know if I was trying to learn from someone in person, it would be very stressful. I couldn't grasp it, and there would be a lot of anxiety/frustration/impatience between teacher and student. So much better to be able to rewind and look again, stop when my brain is fried, and go back another day. This is a really good idea you had to make these videos. Thank you.
