My school has used Simple Solutions math, phonics and reading comprehension for years. We use it for morning work or homework. We love it. We just adopted Wonders for this coming year. What are your thoughts?
@@lauriewilliams8336 Thanks for the suggestions for Simple Solutions. I’m honestly not a fan of Wonders. What grade do you teach? The phonics is horrible! I use it mainly for reading comprehension, vocabulary and grammar.
Those tall shelves from Ikea that can be laid down make great seating and then also cubby storage as well. If you get something like that for you could move your binders there.
Thanks for the idea. I checked Ikea and they couldn't ship those for some reason. I think those would be better than what I got instead. I may try again later in the year.

Seems like something the kids could do.... transferring manipulatives into boxes.
@@2hiiq627 They definitely could, but I like to have everything organized and ready to go when school starts.

Lol! Glad you found your :20!! I always find random things at the beginning or end of year when I'm setting up!! 😂
@@teacherof20 I was dreading cutting out all of those circles again. 😂
Just curious, where will the students put their lunchboxes?
She says at 28:08 that she plans th mo ve the math boxes so student can put lunch boxes in those cubbies
@@daniellemitchell3118 They have a space at the top part of the cubbies for lunchboxes and water bottles.
@@Oneblessedteacher Got it. But what if someone's lunch leaks some juice or red punch? It could get on the books. That's what I thought when I saw it.
