Just ordered a DieselDucy of my own, being from the UK and having disability I may never get to go to the Market Parking Garage and ride the amazing world famous Dover elevators or meet the real DieselDucy but at least I will have something physical to remind me of this awesome channel and all the great elevator rides!

Dieselducy was born in 1977 in 1980 he was 3 in 1984 he got a lock when he was 7 and now he is 40 turning 41 this year

I think a good name for the original-style Ducy is "ClassicDucy". The yellow one (Which you said is what DieselDucy #1 looked like) should be called "ClassicDucy #1", just my opinion. And no, that's not to be confused with _PlasticDucy,_ despite they both sound similar.

That was one of the rarest toys currently in existence. There were only about 17,650 of those sold (includes the real live train engine) in the world [compared to the 12M other copies of _different_ toys that matchbox made since 1997].
