Nice house! The main bedroom entrance is not in the living room, the bedrooms are a great size. The kitchen is not to small. Nice house.

Great price. I like the vinyl plank flooring throughout. Makes it much easier to clean. I sew and threads and pins get stuck in carpeting. I also like the vents in the ceiling. So much stuff can fall into the vents on the floor.

On mobile homes and other MFG homes why is there a 3 to 4 inch gap under Passage doors & closet doors ??
Mostly for ventilation. The return air tends to be in some weird place, and for a hvac system to work effectively and efficiently, it needs to draw the same amount of air that it discharges. Also so no room is completely sealed when said door is closed. In the event of fire.
