Does this have my config options like factory so in the factory unit I have doors locking automatically and headlight to stay on for 1 min after walking out would I still be able to configure them on this unit

Hi no you don't need to sim card is optional
And unit has SatNav too that means offline maps would work too

Yes far far better. Having DTS with DSP

its a much better quality with background noise cancelation. but yes you can use the factory one too.
