What sausage is that you used. My 8 Yr old son loves watching this. My daughter loved it at 6. She's now 12 and asks me to play it every so often. Love you bro. Keep up the work.
I have a hack! [Loud whispering]... Lodge griddles are made in USA, cast iron, easily cleaned with metal spatulas, also found cheap at thrift stores. Key to those is to keep any buildup of leftover eggs, grease, batter moving WHILE you cook helps a ton and don’t let residual food settle too long or your cast iron gets gummed up. Add a little grease before it cools with a quick scraping and wipe and your gtg forthe next meal. Brown paper shopping bags act as good barrier liners when transporting. The spatula is an important untencil and the Chinese silicon ones I found are now are a cheap modern shortcut made for the chemical coated pans of today. Ecko or Flint brand vintage spatulas are superior multi-tools for cast iron and better than any other cast iron utensil in my opinion. They clean, scrape, sever, scoop and flip cleanly and more effectively. It’s a hack....camping hack. Thanks for the bushcrafting video, Scambled O.
Mmm... that was one hearty breakfast for one man... I love watching food being prepared in the woods; there's something different about it than doing it at home and it takes on a different aura and flavor... good skills to have in case the SHTF and you find yourself away from home and modern cooking conveniences...
That was an epic meal. I have had the same griddle for awhile and love it. Works well with an older Colemen two burner stove. All you needed was a hammock for an after meal nap to make it perfect. Thanks for the video and take care, Al
That's how you do breakfast in the woods. I have that griddle and use it on my backyard fire pit quite often. The one I take to the woods is a Lodge carbon steel griddle. I use a canoe all the time so I can do that sort of thing. I know - it's very bourgeois, but I like my camp cookin'.
That was awwwwwwwesome! I don't usually like sausage or pancakes, but my mouth is watering and I'm eyeing my griddle that's been reserved for home kitchen cooking. Looks like you probably might not even notice the missing extra pancake., but no coffee?! EEKs!! LOL! ;) Thanks Martin!
Damn it Boy! Look 👀 at that Big breakfast! Boy 🥞 🥓🍳 Another great video! 👍 Thanks for the Hacks! Can’t wait till the next video! Big Boy Frank from Texas! Signing off!
Awesome video and breakfast! I have a griddle very similar to yours, great for cooking on a fire. Next time you cook too much food I'd be happy to help you out LOL
Fazia um bom tempo que não assistia aos seus vídeos. Mas vejo que continuam com a qualidade de sempre. Obrigado pelo café da manhã e que DEUS te abençoe!
Dude, you kill me with your constant oppsss’. I died laughing when you pancake batter squirted out on your bench and when you almost dropped the bacon!! You have got to be one of the most entertaining you tubers out there. I want to be your agent. Seriously, don’t stop what you’re doing. You channels will continue tho grow. BTW......I’m picking up a back pack like yours from your amazon page.
You should go buy a plastic squeeze bottle for 99 cents and carry your pancake batter in that. They are small enough to pack easy and vertically, and have a closeable spout. Also get some liquid butter from Amazon. Can be carried the same way in a mini squeeze bottle!
Just a tip. When your grill is at the correct temperature, your meat will release itself when it's ready. If it's stuck to the grill, it's not ready to be flipped :) Thanks for all your great videos and hacks ;)
That breakfast looked really good Scrambled O, I could almost smell it cooking over here in Kentucky ! I also like the way food cooks with cast-iron , when I cook hash browns over a campfire I use the shredded ones, I get my cast-iron skillet or griddle fairly hot with a little oil on it then put a thin layer of the hash browns in, seams like I have better luck browning them through than the hash brown patty's . Thanks for the video Martin, take care !
Exellent video !!! I was thinking that after such a good meal I would be laying down for a nap and just right then you just said it ...lol . the food looked great the only thing missing to make it perfect was a cold Bass ale or a new Castle ale...there's something about dark ales that complements a wood fire breakfast just right...!!! coffee is only good while you're cooking it...!!!
I almost bought an ax yesterday. I just couldn't imagine swinging it around so I didn't get it. If you had to pick for someone weak would you pick an ax or a small saw?
Hey Martin: The breakfast looked great. But the most remarkable part of the presentation was the quality of the video . The colour ( Canadian spelling) was epic. Man I wish I not a diabetic. Thanks Brian 77
damn!! now this is a bushcraft feast!! you finally didi it i comented way awhile back on one of your cooking videos happy you finally did it!! now im hungry!!
Why do I enjoy watching people cook breakfast in the woods??

I can taste it. Amazing the taste of pancakes, sausage, bacon and eggs.
Because you are a teacher?
At 16:41"Look at the sasauge ohhhh" I'm dying 😂😂😂
I like the fact that you don't edit out your mess ups that's why you're one of my favorite channels.
😎 Turns out, griddle is not cast iron. Sure performed like one. I like it. Like it ALOT. . 🙏Chef's Design Griddle affiliate link ---> amzn.to/2jeKeSp

I like the reversible idea but for outdoors over fire I would think it just blackens and chars the side you dont use. Any issues with that?
Great, now I'm hungry. Awesome video dude.
