- As the weather warms up and the grass starts to grow the shed hunting becomes more difficult. In order to fill the packs with more elk antlers you must go deeper and farther. Follow along as Eric heads deep into the backcountry in hopes to find his biggest elk shed ever.

Avid Nevada shed Hunter here, i always watch your videos and I have to say that you guys are the only ones that hike in as far as I do. You would love some of the honey holes here.
So cool watching you stalk that black bear and his nose goes up and he runs.. very cool. You two have been killin it keep it up!
Im a skull and bone collector and watching you smash that spine and ribs made my heart hurt hahah
Great video guys!
It’s be like me watching someone run over a perfect brown elk shed lol
Merupakan kesenangan tersendiri menonton melihat panutan kami berpetualang👍👍
Congratulations, fellas. God forbid some lucky kid or even two finds and antler laying around the forest while scouting for their hunt! #HU$HIN
good work eric i’m in utah and can’t seem to find much your doing great
I wanna do this. I live in Washington State. I've never done anything like that but that looks so fun
A thing I'd like to hear you guys tall about when you go shed hunting in the mountains. What do you pack for a side arm??
I’ve got a 9mm
The "cattail like leaf" is the tall seedstalk of the 'Great Mullein' plant
Set!!!!
I love your vids
You should check the weather reports for 5-6 years ago, find out what the winter and spring were like, and the next time you get those conditions, go back to that spot. It could be they were there during a dry winter/spring, or maybe a windy, cool spring. OnX should give an option to put Weather conditions on waypoints, then, when conditions match on a following year, you could go back and see if a pocket of browns found previously gives the same results.
Solid idea. Honestly I think recent fires have changed their patterns and winter grounds.
miles for piles, nice pack out 👍
Thank you 🙏
Back in Az hey 👋
Amazing bear experience. Thanks for the good laugh getting them rotten brains all over your hand 🤣
That was a big ass bear
Great video!! ✌️
Great video! I could watch this all day every day! Thanks Hushin!
Hell yeah.... Just critn it dude
That cat tail looking plant is called Mullein it's a invasive weed
And it looks like an antler lol
Looked like a Mullin seed stalk Eric. Cheers from Tampa.
Mullein…
Do you prefer the vortex gen 2 spotter over the gen 1 and why??
Do you guys have many ticks down there? Here in Saskatchewan the wood ticks get so bad you have to stop in may.
Not down here… luckily
I have a question to you guys @Hushin or to anyone out there. Do you guys place a camera near your camp? for security?
Why you guys not posting the San Carlos hunt?
Need to obtain film permits.
First
Great video once again! Where did you get your trekking poles Eric?
An outdoor store in Moab, UT. I forget the name
@@gethushin thanks buddy!
