    intense is indeed the operative word here. I've listened to other binaural beat channels (many of which also helped), but while listening to this I found it not only undesirable, but almost impossible to aimlessly browse the internet, or focus on anything that wasn't the task at hand. It's as though the intensity of the beat was subconsciously disciplining me. Well done!

      It is recommended to listen to binaural beats while relaxing or sleeping. It is best to avoid to listen then while doing tasks which are brain-intensive.
      The effects are predominant after listening to them as contrast to while listening to them

    • @GlazerX
      @GlazerX 2 года назад +5

      @@ajinkyakale3353 Late, I know, but you can use binaural beats while engaging in tasks so long as it's something like this video; gamma brainwaves are the OPPOSITE of slumberness and resting.
      Gamma brainwaves occur when you have alot of focus, energy, alertness and overall attention to sensory.
      Essentially, it's not like every binaural beat will require you to be relaxed or asleep. Some are there for improving focus and alertness, like this video!
      Have a good day now, my awesome friend.

    Question: is it normal to hear a machine like beeping every four and a half seconds when isolating external sounds while listening to this? Not only that but it almost... echoes. Might not be entirely related to this video as I’ve experienced it separate to this video’s effects.

      just make it loud enough so you can hear it. these frequencies are mainly picked up by the brain unconsciously so it doesn't get more effective when played in a higher volume.

      Binaural beats do require headphones though I find them effective even without. Isochronic & monaural ones don't but the only isochronic I can find for this frequency is 50.5 I don't know if how different that might make it.
