i honestly think at 12:00 you caught an anticyclonic tornado! tbch i had no idea this was even in the game bc ive never seen one! also you can tell that its an anticyclonic tornado bc it only last for a short period of time and those types normally only last for like 1-3 mins. i hope to see one in game someday myself!(:
You can tell if a tornado is anticyclonic because it spins the opposite direction of other tornadoes in their area. A tornado of any type can be just as short.

I would say, if able, get a private server to roll (rejoin & leave) for a decent weather day. If you can't get a private server, try to search the server list for MDT or HIGH weather risks. Then use probes to get cash. Hope that helps!
