I never thought I'd need a video guide to change a headlamp bulb! 40+ years of driving over a dozen cars and this is the first time it wasn't a simple 30 second/no tool job--reach in, release harness, unfasten spring clip (crawl around searching for flying clip), replace bulb then repeat in reverse.
Sadly this is the case with a lot of cars now and is only getting more complicated, even changing wipers on some models with service modes etc. Glad the video helped and no clips were lost! 😂
@@thegasketshead1416 Things have certainly come a long way since my first car, a MK1 Ford Escort--that could basically be stripped and rebuild with no more than a set of spanners and a couple of screwdrivers!
Thanks for this, really helped me change my bulb as it was explained very well. I didnt have a long enough screwdriver so used a metal 30cm rule, but as its only to push the plastic latch down, it worked quite well :)
