When the shooter was crawling on the roof and the cops drew their weapons, if one of the cops fired into the ground the Secret service would probably have taken Trump off the stage.

Where was the shooter's car parked? The parking area between the water tower and the building the shooter shot from shows the shortest route to get onto that roof. There was a ladder against the wall hidden behind those trees. That is difficult to see from that same parking area by any outsiders. He walked along and was seen walking along without a rifle. This means he had to go somewhere to collect the very rifle, before climbing up that ladder. It seems everyone is trying conveniently to wish away the matter of the 10 feet long aluminum ladder with red sides. The spokespersons " explaining" what happened, were not the actual persons posted to do the job from which we can get first hand explanations

The Butler County DA said that the entire two story building was their post. They were to secure the area from the entire building. One of the snipers was moving throughout the building from window to window trying to shadow Crooks and was keeping his eyes on him. After Crooks opened fire law enforcement ran out of that building like ants. The media keeps telling us that only 2 officers were in that building and that they were stationed in just one room. Not true. Law enforcement was in the building the entire time. One sniper left the building to go after Crooks but Crooks saw the sniper coming his way and ran off. The sniper lost sight of him. According to the Butler County DA another officer then ran outside to look for Crooks after he was observed running off.

Manchurian Candidates have know idea what they are being trained for. They are trained on a mission, they also create and construct their evidence that ultimately sacrifices their own demise. If it was an inside job and Crooks already knew where to shoot from without being detected, and how to get there, then flying a drone would pose an unnecessary risk of detection.
However, Crooks had apparently checked out the site previously, and then flew the drone the morning of the rally, which would have made that roof an obvious choice if unprotected. In that case, flying the drone would have been a necessary risk. He could then have seen from the ground after Trump was on stage that there was nobody stationed on the roofs, and decided to go for it.

Jeff - new video showing Crooks running across the roof came out. At first glance he’s running the length of the building he fired from. However, look carefully at the height and it would appear instead that he’s running across the next building over, further from the stage, then he dips as he crosses the connecting passageway, then he pops up at the end as he reaches the nearest roof. This would be consistent with the route you suggested.

They still had bug screens in the windows where the snipers were perched in that building, so their depth of view was limited. There was live footage of the offices in the building, and you can clearly see that the bug screens were still intact in the windows a waste of time sitting in there, thinking they had a clear view of everything. Their peripheral vision was totally “blocked “ by those thin windows and the bug screens to get any clear look. The two sniper teams behind Trump were wearing black and they took the heat the whole time on that roof with more of a slant. These guys chickened out and staged himself inside a cozy AC unit with less peripheral vision. Total set up by the Secret Service.

Yeah, I'm pretty certain that it wasn't the AC and Shed route as pointed out in this video, The Vertical distance from the section of shed roof closest to the building to the building roof is easily 5ft, plus there is what looks to be about 2ft space between the shed and the building so you have about 5.5ft diagonal distance. Mix this with the fact that there is a gutter on the lip of the roof of the building and you have a case where someone is not climbing up that way.
Is you got to say the 10:00 point of the video, there is a secluded area that is created by the buildings that are labeled 4, 5 and 6 and if you look right where the letters "AGR" from the AGR International Inc. label are, there are AC units under the letters (can be seen in google street view from in the parking lot) and that roof is quite low there. Plus, there could be more back inside that secluded area. I'd like to see drone footage from in that secluded area.

That shed to roof would have been very difficult. The rungs he keeps talking about would have been impossible. It's much easier to access the roof on the other side of the complex, completely out of view. It doesn't matter that this would be a longer path, because the roofs are high enough that you wouldn't see him from the ground.
Counter-sniper 2 was high enough to see all of those roofs, but he was probably looking around in the huge area that he was supposed to cover. Besides, we don't really need to prove that it is possible to cross that roof, since that's the only feasible way that he got there. The crowd up the hill saw him when he was transferring, which is why they started filming. This was fairly easy to figure out on day 1 just using Google Earth, but it was dismissed by RUclips personalities who thought they were super sleuths for talking about ladders.

At the 5:47 part of this video ... see the two trees that hide the alcove below the roof where the shooter shot from ... this alcove has some probability of being where the shooter got on the roof as it is hidden by the trees. Being hidden has a major factor in accessing the roof ( hidden and relatively easy access ). I do not know where the shooter gained access to the roof, however, I am not comfortable with the access point promoted in this video because that access is clearly visible to anyone in the area ... as well, the traverse along the roofs to get to the shooters goal is fairly long which also increases the risk of detection prior to getting where the shooter wanted to be. I think the access point the shooter used needs to be firmed up with evidence such as a witness or finger prints etc .... until then I am not sold on any particular access point.

According to the interview with the snipers and SWAT team law enforcement was actually looking out of the back windows of the two story building because that is where they had last seen Crooks sitting at the picnic table with his backpack. One of the snipers was moving throughout the building from window to window trying to shadow Crooks and was keeping his eyes on him. While Crooks was sitting at the picnic table near the AC and shed one of the snipers went outside to get Crooks but Crooks saw him coming and ran off. The sniper said that he lost sight of Crooks. According to the Butler County DA another officer then ran outside to look for Crooks after he was observed running off. Since other officers were watching out those back windows I believe they would have seen him climb up onto the AC, shed, and then onto the roof. The Butler County DA said that the entire two story building was being used to watch over the area, not just the rally side. I would love it if we could see the AGR security camera footage. That would help solve so much.

There is no way he walked or crawled allll the waaay over there without being spotted. Video of the shooter shows him walking over to the parking lot to the right. IMO he got up there between doors 8 and 9, hid the rifle in the pine trees and got up there with a ladder or pulled himself to the small roof/walkway between the buildings of 8 and 9 and crawled up to his position and video shows people seeing him and saying he's up there.

Your assessment of how he accessed the roof via the air conditioner and the shed is likely accurate. However, I propose an alternative route he may have taken. It is possible that he walked across the connected walkway that adjoins the building where the snipers were positioned. From there, he could have made a small climb of approximately 3 to 4 feet onto the lower roof. He could then have proceeded along the eastern wall of the building, using it as cover, before crossing to the next connected walkway leading to the roof from which he fired. This alternative pathway could explain the shorter distance and time variance.

There was a 10-foot ladder leaned up against the flat top corridor to the building the shooter mounted on. Agents who got to the site were inside the bottom floor of the adjacent 2-story building, and there was talk of ladders "en route". An agent outside looked around the Douglas Fir trees inside the little space between buildings and said clearly that there was a ladder already here; he asked is it alright to go up it, and the response from the others was "Yes, yes!". Then they went up, but one did go up a police expansion ladder. This side (front) was away from witnesses with camera phones. The method proposed here is quite a leap to get from HVAC unit to top of the little storage shed, then go up to the roof. It's most likely probable that 10-foot ladder would be the optimal way of going up with a lot less walking on roofline and making noise getting up roof.

I saw the same video and concur. Remember he had a backpack, around 20 lbs of weight (gun plus whatever else). Front strap and shoulder straps not properly cinched down would encumber climbing / leaping from A/C to shed to roofline. Police found his car in the parking lot. Ladder appears to be collapsable. Plausible it was his ladder.

Sheriff deputies should have been posted on the roof of the 2 story AGR building, as you pointed out. SS snipers could also verify the deputies were always at there post if they where on that roof. No deputies on the roof = inadequate protection = hold/remove Trump.
Lots of local LE, but not one in the right spot!
Line of sight from shooter’s roof to Trump should have been blocked during site prep for redundancy.
SS dismissive of the need for comms with local LE.
For comms redundancy/failsafe consider some type of flare gun as a visual signal from the outer perimeter as an immediate signal to hold/remove Trump.
    Total blunder for SS IMO!

Honestly, not sure why the air conditioning unit was not a focus until now.
Some of the earliest reports, even on that day, had people saying he climbed on the air conditioning unit to get on the roof.
Although, due to the gap between the shed and the unit, I am not so sure that is an easy hop. Someone should try it, my guess it would take quite a bit of agility.

Gray Hughes has posted pretty great informational videos too. Gray Hughes found where his van was located which wasn't far from site. All assumptions on my part but possibly he used drone to know the distance from van to roof to ensure his remote would work.

I can understand a hardcore terrorist doing this very easily and would have been successful

I think there's even better, more secluded places for him to access the roof without a ladder, in those very back areas, farthest away from the rally... that also tracks with his last known direction of travel.
The roof is even lower back there and you have those really big ac units close to the wall and exterior piping to hang on to or use as a foot hold.

You are correct. Azget Industries has the answer. Drone dude needs to go between building 4 and 6 (as per the report near the end of jeff’s video). That location is a direct path from the bike to roof access, away from any witnesses. It also agrees with his last known direction of travel. He was a skinny guy. He would have crawled his way across two buildings. That would have been quiet. He would not have been noticed by anyone until it was too late, which is exactly how it worked out. Say what you want about TC…he was not a dumb 20 year old. He had this worked out well in advance. BTW…TC was conducting surveillance on the guys upstairs, not the other way around. He knew exactly what he was doing.

Pause it right on 9:50 there is a black square in between the two cars in the parking lot and another at the top edge of building 4, in between buildings 4 & 6. Unlike all the other markings they added to the image, those two black squares do not describe what those are, I have no idea what is in between the two cars but, I would bet that mark at the top edge of building 4 is where he accessed the rooftop.
If you download the FPOTUS After Action, Beaver County ESU/SWAT, it has several images where those two positions are also marked but, no description of what they are.

I can't see any sign on the side of the small shed next to the AC unit of foot scrapping that would have happened if he was trying to climb up there, There is also no visible hand holds to grab to pull yourself up onto the shed roof. There also doesn't seem to be any guttering that's been pulled on, it would have been bent in someway given its only either plastic or even Zinc which is lightweight but not very robust. The roof slopes away, thus not making you higher, but lower. He would have been far to exposed making he way over that amount of roof space. He was seen by crowds climbing up the last section, but somehow was never seen on the same side climbing a AC unit onto a roof where crowds were congregating or at least passing to get near those trees where he would later be spotted. In your video Trump Shooting Analysis: Shell Casings, Ladders, Drones, Bodycams. at 15.15 you show the roof line from the window where officers were stationed before going outside. Look how beat up the gutter is and now we are supposed to believe it withstood someone hanging of it to pull themselves up.
