  • Jeff Ostroff continues the Trump Shooting analysis, showing new info released this week on the time-stamped transcript of encrypted radio communications obtained by The Washington Post. During the scene of the attempted Trump assassination, police were grouping and frantically trying to hunt down the Trump Shooter and these time-stamped radio calls detail everything that was said and how the Secret Service missed out. We will piece together the timeline for you and get to the bottom.

It isn't really shocking, even with a high budget like that, it is more likely the simplistic things fall through the cracks. The comms is the biggest issue between federal and local agencies almost all the time. Every streamer that is a former le with experience with SS has said, it is always the issue. Former Denver SWAT guy said they handed one of their radios to SS so that they could have comms, SS would not hand over one of their radios. Is it an ego thing, maybe. Failures happen even with 3 billion dollar budgets. Same thing with the military, I have seen many issues that would make you laugh and say we are just effed either way.

@@scavl14 Lame excuse. I worked maintenance in a large complex, every manager, supervisor, maintenance person and guard had radios that could talk to each other (thru the cement buildings and to outbuildings miles away), and spares. SO the local police could say, "here SS, take two of our spares". Or better yet, with 3 billion dollars, have the SS buy some FREAKING radios. This is all bullcrap. And the "simple things" are their job. They have had YEARS to perfect this, and get paid to think of the "little things". Accountability in this government? HAH

@@quovadis5036 I don't disagree with you. It is a weird and lame excuse. Shots Fired channel is where I heard about the handing over of their swat radio to stay informed. Paramount Tactical has had a former SS CS sniper talk about it all. Honestly, they have had years to hone complacency compared to Reagan attempted assassination attempt with Hinckley. It doesn't surprise me, seen this in my active duty days with Army as well. You think the simple things would be thought about, yet they sometimes get overlooked.

You only have this view because the focus is on one person and their actions. For the police, there is not just one suspicious person at these events in the initial situation, but a large number of conspicuous figures. The woman on the horse with the flag, for example, could have had a pistol hidden under her saddle, or everyone outside the security zone was unchecked. Gun in the picnic basket etc. In this specific case, all the individual items turned out to be preparations for an assassination attempt. The guy with the bike and the big rucksack could also have been an assassin, for example. The rangefinder was of course something that stood out, but there are also "normal double-optic" binoculars with a built-in rangefinder function, so if someone is sitting further away, or far outside such an event, he could also have an optic without evil intentions.

As if the secret service would not place an agent in the police command post and rely upon them calling via cell phone for any urgent matters to another command post on the far side.
At minimum this is gross negligence if the SS and police command posts didnt have *redundant* lines of communication directly between them. They would have been CONSTANTLY needing to co-ordinate even the most basic of movements the entire day. Such as the arrival of the beast, entering the grounds etc.
This is like basic stuff. The fact they didn't even have a briefing ahead of time, to cover stuff like "what to do if there is a bomb threat" is very telling. Before they go RAID a suburban home they have a damn briefing, not having one was a specific choice someone made.
That's what should be focused on, not whether or not cell phone reception was impacted or not.. that shouldn't even be a factor and merely deflecting blame, civilians can buy cell jammers!

This officer and that officer and this officer, reported this and that, assuming that suspect only on ground level. No one could consider he could go up roof which should be first consideration as then the shooter could access his firing position. And how long did Greg abandon his post? When people were shouting below and police looking up to roof, could not Greg or another officer go to the other windows facing south to look out at roof? He did say he was looking out windows to trace Crooks.
Besides, if he accessed roof from the north and ran to his position on building 6, he could be seen by police on east side of buildings. And this direction of access did not correlate with Copenhaver's video showing the person running from west to east then disappeared before popping up at firing position.
And that unnamed officer who saw him on roof standing upright?! What?!
Everyone just ASSUMED. Assumed he left, assumed he was just on ground level, assumed he couldn't be on roof (no one bother to look out all the windows). Are they incompetent, negligent, or...? Why didn't they ask the question - "Why this guy disappeared then popped up again, then disappeared again?!"
No one cares to alert Trump whilst they were chasing this guy?
Crazy! Are they saying this one man got all the local police outsmarted and blindsided? They could not handle one person?!
Excuse me, even without the SS, could they not handle the situation?!
Btw were the ones posted at windows taken off duties, since they abandoned their post? Was that kid so suspicious or so threatening for Greg to make this move? I was also asking myself - the ESUs at the window were sitting inside to scan the crowds, and according to them they didn't look out to check right, left, up, down. What made Greg draw near the window and see Crooks, and suspect him so much?

How many in the quick reaction force? How many are protecting his immediate properties where he will be next. How many are dealing with logistics like moving vehicles and equipment between locations? How many was busy screening people at the entrance?

Thank you! I love your videos! If secret service was stationed with the others, 30 seconds was more than enough time to radio out, “Hit the Deck,” and have DP covered and out of harms way. Just a thought. 😊

Fbi said the rifle disassembled would not fully be hidden in the shooters backpack. However
    1. A backpack with a black piece sticking out might be hidden well enough in plain sight without attracting attention. Putting it in diagonally would maximize concealability.
    2. The backpack or rifle could have been stashed there hours or days earlier.

Agreed. And from the sound of things, even if they saw the barrel of the gun sticking 6 inches out of the backpack, they would have just assumed it was a pencil. I've never heard of this level of incompetence! It is such an absurd level of incompetence that it is literally unbelievable. And I'm using "literally unbelievable" in the true literal sense.

Someone made a purposeful decision to cut that building out of the purview of the Secret Service. Somebody made a purposeful decision to separate the command centers, causing a communication nightmare. We merely need to find out who was told to do that and from whom they were told. This will reasonably lead us to co-conspirators
Anyone unwilling to give a name is likely the source and should be charged as such.

Hypothesis: Crooks was waiting at the picnic table for a person to open up a door, in the alley he went into. Maybe he went on the roof from a window.
    This should be in consideration.
He didn’t act alone. That’s for sure.

    • @AustinKoleCarlisle
      @AustinKoleCarlisle Месяц назад +3

He definitely was waiting for a signal (possibly when the 2nd sn!per left his post to go look for him). that's when Crooks went on the move so he wouldn't get caught, and probably stepped into a door that was tucked away back in that alley then locked the door. BUT, that wasn't him on the roof, it was someone else entirely who was purposely dressed the same.

So, from 6:09pm when the police had spotted him still with his backpack to the time the shots were fired, at 6:11pm, there passed no more than 2-3 minutes. It took him just 3 minutes to take his position, unpack and assemble his gun, and aim the gun. If you ask me, it is very impressive, too impressive, in fact, for just a nerd with a gun… I think, the report of sighting him at 6:09pm either got the time stamp wrong or they saw a different guy with a backpack.

    • @AustinKoleCarlisle
      @AustinKoleCarlisle Месяц назад +1

here's what I think happened: Three ESU snipers are located on the 2nd story, and there are no other police assets inside the building. However, there are hidden secret service/CIA agents inside the building unbeknownst to the snipers. The first sniper goes home early, leaving two at the sniper nest. Next, a little after 6 p.m. Crooks suspiciously goes on the move after making sure that he was conspicuous/suspicious and was seen by the snipers (earlier he was photographed from above sitting below them). Because the radio communications are out, the snipers cannot get ahold of the police on the ground, so the second sniper goes downstairs and outside to look for Crooks (or police), leaving one sniper, the only person inside the entire building. When the second sniper walks outside, a hidden CIA/SS agent follows him shortly after and "accidentally" locks the door on his way out. Once the second sniper walks around a bit and cannot find Crooks, he tries getting back inside but cannot because the door is latched. He texts the last sniper in the building asking him to come down and unlock the door because again, the last remaining sniper was the only person inside the entire building and I'm guessing no other law enforcement elsewhere had a key to get inside. The last sniper leaves his post to unlock the door. Yearick, who was also hiding inside the 2nd story unbeknownst to the snipers, is already climbing out onto the roof from the open 2nd story east window (facing the parking lot) and he most likely has the gun already in hand. Meanwhile, another hidden CIA/SS agent somewhere in the 2nd story is already in the sniper den (or another open window) and either positions himself with Greg's gun or most likely uses another weapon that was already hidden inside the building. Once Yearick sets up to shoot on the roof, then that is the cue for the CIA/SS sniper to shoot Trump which would plausibly be blamed on Yearick--but he unexpectedly misses, then Yearick begins wildly firing and the CIA/SS agent shoots him from the back rear (which matches up to the entry/exit wounds on the closeup postmortem photo). Had Trump not survived, it's very possible Yearick was not supposed to be shot, and a remote-controlled exploding vehicle may have been a distraction so he could get away, but that part of the plan never came to fruition.
Even if the hidden CIA/SS agent used Greg's gun, since all 8 bullet casings were accounted for on the roof, he would have no incentive to bring up that someone else used his gun and would've just kept his mouth shut.
With that said, the key things to find out are:
--why did the first sniper leave?
--was the front door locked that day, or was it propped open?
--if it was locked, what kind of access did the police/snipers have?
--who gave the orders to have that building empty except for the snipers?
--where were the police leading up to this incident?
--who did Greg send the photos of Crooks to?
--who did those individuals contact after the photo was received?
--were the snipers ordered to chase after Crooks?
--did the Hercules counter-snipers behind Trump have an order to stand down?

Why do we see everyone on their phones in the crowd AFTER the shooting? Lost sight? How is that video of him waling by himself in front of building!! Stood out like a sore thumb!!!

I’m with you that the gun was in the backpack, but an upper receiver with a 16” barrel is over 24 inches. That’s with the lower removed. I don’t see any other way he got it there but that’s definitely pushing it for concealing in a backpack.

At the bottom of the map, almost directly below where you are pointing, is a spot labeled “Butler County CP”. In other places that’s described as the “Unified Command Post” (part of the ICS system).

Easily fit in a backpack huh?
So you know exactly what size the backpack is?
Backpacks come in several different sizes and Paul Abatte did not reveal the size of the backpack and actually said the rifle Crooks had would stick out the top of it.
Would you like to explain that instead of complaining about conspiracy theorists claiming their ideas are outrageous. I'll tell you what I think is outrageous Jeff, the fact that you implied all backpacks are the same size, so who's the conspiracy theorist?
