Well, i didnt even think of looking for replacements, but i'm ordering them now. Considering how easy these things snap, what could I do to try and help prevent that? Rubber Washers to absorb some of the vibration, maybe?
Your belt is too loose, it needs tightened. And #1 is too low of a cutting height, especially with a loose belt. The blade is probably hitting ground, which puts a reactive torque (opposite direction of turn) on the blades& belt, which will momentarily stop the belt and it will fall off the pulleys.
@@NoneMechanic101 not yet to busy today look at it tomorrow it did have deck rod loose digging in the ground got to do some more investigating may need some sort of adjustment

After replacing this. The belt doesn’t fall anymore.

The covers made a big difference .

It can be the bar that’s holding the belt
Mine cut a whole year and dint till this year
