I think the eaglets were not sleeping but in " stay down!!" Mode which is instinct when their parents alert. I remember M is defending the nest after Harriet disappeared and the eaglets 21& 22 were plastered down for quite some time during the scuffles. Horrible times...praying for them to grow and fly into the skies❤

I’m truly humbled as of Dec 24th after 250yrs Biden signed into law making the Bald Eagles Americas national bird with more laws and more rights to protect and preserve our true treasure I’m sorry it wasn’t for all species but I’m humbled that this species will be more protected I believe M15 can provide some protections for his family for now and he’s doing a great job thank you blessings for all
